Location

The Pepper Sea Club Hotel is a modern adults-only hotel (16+ years) located on the famous beach of Georgioupolis, between the villages of Kournas and Episkopi in the northwest of Crete. Kournas Lake, the only natural freshwater lake in Crete, is just 6 km away and offers a contrasting excursion destination with its diverse nature, swimming opportunities, and boat rentals. The port city of Rethymnon, 16 km away, with its Venetian old town and picturesque promenade, offers various entertainment and shopping options.
Chania Airport is approximately 39 km away, and Heraklion Airport is about 95 km away.

This luxurious adults-only hotel, bookable for guests aged 16 and over, offers a tranquil atmosphere and attentive service, making it a wonderful retreat for couples. It features a total of 95 modernly furnished double rooms and junior suites. Hotel facilities include a 24-hour reception with a lobby, a lift in the main building, a main restaurant (partially with sea view), a spa area, and a mini-market. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The well-maintained outdoor area with a large swimming pool, a sun terrace, and a pool bar (for a fee) invites guests to relax. An à la carte restaurant directly on the beach, serving Greek and Mediterranean cuisine with fresh Cretan products and recipes, is available for a fee and requires prior reservation.
Comfortable sun loungers, umbrellas, and towels are provided free of charge for guests by the pool and on the beach.

Cozy Double Room

The modernly furnished double rooms are located in the main or side buildings and feature a king-size bed or twin beds, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet, or a semi-open bathroom with a separate shower and separate toilet, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers, toiletries, scale, vanity mirror, ironing facilities (on request), individually adjustable air conditioning, safe, minibar (1 small bottle of water per person/day is included, further refills are subject to a charge), telephone, 42-inch LED satellite TV, Nespresso machine (2 capsules included), and a balcony or terrace with garden view (D). Also available for single occupancy (DE).

Junior Suite with Private Pool

The modern junior suites have the same amenities as the double rooms, are slightly larger, and feature a terrace with direct access to a private pool (ZJP).

Meals

Half Board

With Half Board, breakfast (7:30 AM - 10:30 AM), late riser breakfast (10:30 AM - 11:00 AM), and dinner (6:30 PM - 9:30 PM) are served as a buffet in the main restaurant. Dinner offers Cretan products as well as traditional and international dishes.
For a fee, seafood lovers can try exceptional culinary creations based on the catch of the day. Daily from 12 PM to 4 PM and from 7 PM to 10 PM in the à la carte restaurant.
We kindly remind our guests that an elegant leisure dress code is required for dinner in the main restaurant and the à la carte restaurant. Gentlemen are requested to wear trousers and a shirt. Shorts, sleeveless shirts, sports uniforms, and flip-flops are not permitted.

Information on climate resilience contribution

For stays from 01/01/2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience contribution, payable by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and ranges from €0.50 to €15 per day per room from 01/01/2025.
