Location

The 5-star Hotel Pilot Amphora welcomes guests aged 16 and over and is located in the beautiful and popular resort of Georgioupolis. Tavernas and restaurants are within walking distance. The sandy beach of Georgioupolis is only approx. 400 m from the hotel. The distance to Chania Airport is approx. 47 km and to Heraklion Airport approx. 104 km.

Facilities

The modern Hotel Pilot Amphora has a total of 30 rooms, a 24-hour reception, a restaurant, and a pleasant lounge bar by the freshwater swimming pool. The outdoor area is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, which can be used free of charge. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available for a fee on the beach in Georgioupolis, and free of charge on the beach of the sister hotel Pilot Beach. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the property.

Amphora Suite private pool

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these suites feature a separate living/sleeping area with a sliding door and a private pool on the terrace (SP2).

Note for climate resilience fee

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government is levying a climate resilience fee, which is to be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax.
