Superior Double Room Private Pool & Garden

With the same facilities as the Superior Double Rooms, these elegant rooms feature a furnished terrace as well as a private garden and private pool (2QP).
The private pool is not monitored by a lifeguard. We ask for cautious behavior and special attention when using this area.

Luxury Room

These luxurious guest rooms are slightly more spacious and offer the same facilities as the Superior Double Rooms, with the addition of a seating area with a comfortable sofa, king-size bed, and garden view (LL2). Optionally bookable with a direct sea view (2LV), or a partial side sea view or partial lagoon view (2L4/DIM) for an extra charge.

Superior Family Room

Offering the same facilities as the Superior Double Rooms, these rooms feature a separate living/sleeping area with a sliding door, a flat-screen satellite TV, and a balcony or terrace with a garden view (F2Y). Optionally bookable with a side sea view for an extra charge (GFO).

Swim-up Family Suites Garden

These high-quality suites offer the same facilities as the Superior Family Rooms, plus a bathroom with bathtub, separate shower cabin, and double vanity, a furnished terrace with dining area, and direct access to a private outdoor pool with a garden. Located on the ground floor of the Candia wing (2QG).
The swim-up pool is not monitored by a lifeguard. We ask for cautious behavior and special attention when using this area.

These magnificent suites are ideal for families with children and athletic parents seeking maximum privacy. They consist of a bedroom with an elevated king-size bed and a stylish living area. A wooden wall behind the bed connects the master bedroom to the luxurious bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, washbasin, WC, shower cabin, and a fitness area with exercise equipment. The second bedroom is accessible from the entrance area. The large terrace offers direct access to a private, temperature-controlled outdoor pool with a counter-current system (pool heating up to 25 degrees is possible, for a fee). Premium Bungalow

The Premium Bungalows offer a garden view and, while having the same facilities as the Superior Double Rooms, are slightly more spacious with a dressing area and additional garden space. The spacious bathroom is equipped with two washbasins, a shower cabin, and a bathtub (12G).

Dream Villa Private Pool Sea View

The 2-story Dream Villa features the same facilities as the Superior Double Rooms. The ground floor consists of a bedroom, a living/sleeping area, and a bathroom with shower/WC. The upper floor contains another bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub, shower/WC, and a small balcony. Outside, there is a furnished terrace and a private infinity pool overlooking the sea (DVP). Also bookable with two bedrooms (DVQ).

Creta Beach Villa Private Pool

The Creta Beach Villa offers the same facilities as the Superior Double Rooms and consists of two bedrooms, an open bathtub with a view over the pool and the sea, a separate bathroom with shower/WC, and another bathroom with shower/WC. Outside, there is a furnished terrace and a private infinity pool overlooking the sea. The Beach Villa is located in the first beach row and has direct access to the beach (CVV).
The private pool is not monitored by a lifeguard. We ask for cautious behavior and special attention when using this area.

Duplex Suite 2 Bedrooms

The Duplex Suite is equipped like the Superior Double Rooms with a garden view. The layout is in a maisonette style with 2 master bedrooms, a separate living area, and 2 bathrooms (DL2).

Meals

Half Board

American breakfast buffet (7:30-10:30 a.m.) as well as balanced, healthy products.
Dinner is a rich buffet with show cooking in the main restaurant (6:30-9:30 p.m.).
From 12:30-2:00 p.m., a free children's buffet is available in the main restaurant.
Within the framework of the hotel's "Dine Club" concept, guests have the option to choose between lunch and dinner. Dinner is offered in buffet form in the main restaurant; alternatively, lunch can be taken in an à-la-carte restaurant of the hotel for an extra charge (€20 voucher per adult and €10 per child). For dinner, guests have the choice of the buffet restaurant (no charge) or a selection of à-la-carte restaurants (reservation required). Additionally, 2x per week dinner in selected à-la-carte restaurants (reservation required) or 1x per week dinner in an à-la-carte restaurant of your choice (reservation required), as well as 1x per week dinner at the Agreco Farms restaurant (reservation required) are included.
Drinks during lunch or dinner are for a fee.
Children (up to 12 years) also receive free AI board as part of this meal plan (in the buffet restaurant and in "Grecoland"). In the à-la-carte restaurants, children can choose from the children's menu.
Vegan and organic wines are available in all restaurants.
Vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options are available in all restaurants.

Comfort All-In Package

With the same services as half board, there are additional snacks from 4:00-6:00 p.m. at the beach bar. Furthermore, a selection of drinks during meals as well as selected non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. at the respective open bars are included.

Note on climate resilience levy

For stays starting from January 1, 2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience levy, which is to be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a local tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is graduated from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room as of January 1, 2025.
