The hotel is located in the southeast of the island, approx. 1 km from the center of Ierapetra and approx. 90 km from the airport. The sand/pebble beach is separated from the hotel only by a coastal road.

The adults-only hotel Tylissos Beach (bookable from 16 years of age) has a total of 70 rooms spread over 2 floors. Inside, the hotel offers its guests a 24-hour reception with a lobby, Wi-Fi (included), two elevators, a buffet restaurant, a hotel bar, and a lounge. Outside, there is a swimming pool for adults, a pool bar, a sun terrace, and a beach bar at the beach. Sun loungers and parasols are included at the pool and on the beach.

Note on climate resilience fee

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on site, similar to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room starting January 1, 2025.
