The unique location directly on the beach, not far from the village of Kalyves, makes the Kiani Beach a holiday highlight. The dreamlike, gently sloping beach is right on your doorstep and invites you to enjoy a wonderful holiday. Chania Airport is approx. 27 km away, and Heraklion Airport is approx. 130 km away. The spacious complex with 247 rooms offers an interior lobby with 24-hour reception, library, TV lounge, a lift, mini-market, a main restaurant, a restaurant with pool view and a rooftop restaurant, as well as a pool and beach bar. In addition, there is a heated indoor pool. The pool landscape includes two pools and a children's pool with a small slide. Furthermore, the hotel's own garden area serves as a place for optimal relaxation. Sun umbrellas and sun loungers are available free of charge at the beach and by the pool. Towels can be rented free of charge. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the entire hotel complex.

Superior Double Room Private Pool

The spacious rooms feature a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, toiletries, individually adjustable air conditioning, ceiling fan, safe, satellite TV, telephone, mini-fridge, electric kettle, and a terrace with a private pool (U2P).
The private pool is not supervised by a lifeguard; guests are asked to exercise caution and pay special attention when using this area.
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for young children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children booking these room types.

Superior Family Room

Superior Family Room Private Pool

Features the same amenities as the Superior Family Room, with an additional private pool (R2F).

The very spacious Family Rooms Type A consist of 2 family rooms with a connecting door. Junior Suite

The spacious rooms feature a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, toiletries, individually adjustable air conditioning, ceiling fan, safe, satellite TV, telephone, mini-fridge, electric kettle, and a balcony or terrace. Additionally, the rooms feature a living/sleeping area with a sofa bed (JS2). Optionally bookable with sea view (J2M).

Maisonette

The maisonettes, which span two floors, feature a bedroom and bathroom on the lower level and sleeping accommodations for up to 4 people on the upper level. The rooms are connected via an open gallery and offer a side sea view. Amenities include a shower/WC, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, toiletries, individually adjustable air conditioning, ceiling fan, safe, satellite TV, telephone, mini-fridge, electric kettle, and a balcony or terrace (M4, M5, M6)

Superior Maisonette

The Superior Maisonettes feature the same amenities as the standard maisonettes, plus a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom on the lower floor, as well as an additional bathroom and bedroom on the upper floor (2MI/MB).

The "Symposium" restaurant with its beautiful outdoor terrace offers a breakfast buffet (8:00 AM–10:30 AM) as well as lunch (1:00 PM–3:00 PM) and dinner (7:00 PM–9:30 PM), also in buffet style. Alternatively, meals can also be taken in buffet style at the pool restaurant. Throughout the day (11:00 AM–6:00 PM), sweet and savory snacks and ice cream are available. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to the All Inclusive menu are included from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM at the respective open bars. This includes self-service coffee/tea, soft drinks, water, local wine, local beer, and local spirits.
Vegetarian dishes are available. Gentlemen are requested to wear long trousers for dinner.

Buffet with assorted appetizers including cheese cubes and bite-sized portions in glasses.

All Inclusive Plus

The All-Inclusive Plus package makes your holiday something truly special. Guests receive additional premium alcoholic brand drinks, sparkling wine, alcoholic and non-alcoholic premium cocktails, local carbonated drinks, 375 ml bottled house wine (2 bottles per person per day), premium beer, fresh orange juice at breakfast and all day at the pool and beach bar, self-service premium coffee/tea (espresso, cappuccino, hot chocolate, etc.), barista coffee (freddo cappuccino, Greek coffee, etc.), and a selection of premium spirits such as whiskey, rum, gin, and more. Furthermore, guests receive a discount at the rooftop restaurant, mini-market, diving center, on massages, and other services. Information on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 1/1/2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience levy, which must be paid by the guest on site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount is based on the type/category of accommodation and is scaled from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room from 1/1/2025.
For stays in the high season 1/4–31/10:
