Location

The Molos Bay Hotel is a 4-star hotel in a quiet location directly by the sea, on the edge of the village of Kissamos, and is only about 50 meters from the Blue Flag beach. Chania International Airport is about 50 kilometers away, and Heraklion Airport is about 175 kilometers away. A public bus stop is within walking distance.

The complex with a magnificent view of Molos Bay offers, in addition to 45 spacious rooms, a lobby with a reception desk and safes, an elevator, a TV lounge, and an à la carte restaurant with a cozy terrace serving Greek and international cuisine. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The outdoor area features a sun terrace with a pool/beach bar and a swimming pool with a separate children's pool. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge by the pool; they are available for a fee on the beach. Bath towels are available for a deposit.

Information on climate resilience levy

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience levy, which must be paid by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, from January 1, 2025, ranges from 0.50 to 15 Euros per day and room.
For stays in high season (April 1 - October 31):
Land category 1-2 stars: 2 Euros
Land category 3 stars: 5 Euros
Land category 4 stars: 10 Euros
Land category 5 stars: 15 Euros
For stays in low season (November 1 - March 31):
Land category 1-2 stars: 0.50 Euros
