The modern complex has 128 rooms and offers a 24-hour reception, lobby, luggage room, lift, main bar, main restaurant, and an à la carte restaurant for a fee. In the well-kept grounds, there is a swimming pool with a separate children's pool, a sun terrace, as well as a pool/snack bar and a water park with slides. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included at both the pool and the beach. Parking is available at the hotel free of charge, subject to availability. Wi-Fi is available free of charge in all areas.

The modern rooms feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, individually adjustable air conditioning, telephone, rental safe, smart satellite TV, mini-fridge, coffee/tea station, and a balcony or terrace with partial sea view (DMS).

Double Room Private Pool

Equipped the same as the double rooms, with the addition of a private pool (no partial sea view; PPZ).
The private pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. We ask for prudent behavior and special attention when using this area.
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased hazard potential for small children.
For safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children booked in these room types.

Double Room Superior Sharing Pool

Equipped the same as the double rooms, with the addition of access to a sharing pool and a partial sea view (SH2).
The shared pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. We ask for prudent behavior and special attention when using this area.
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased hazard potential for small children.

Maisonette

Equipped the same as the double rooms, with a sleeping area on the upper floor and a living/bedroom on the lower floor, as well as a partial sea view (M2).

Continental early-bird breakfast (4 am – 7:30 am), breakfast (7:30 am – 10 am), late-riser breakfast (10 am – 10:30 am), lunch (1 pm – 2:30 pm), and dinner (6:30 pm – 9:30 pm) are served in buffet form in the main restaurant.
Vegetarian and diet menus are available upon request. Please contact the reception on-site.
Appropriate attire (long trousers, closed shoes) is requested for dinner.
During the day, snacks and ice cream are available from 11 am to 6 pm.

Destination information

For stays starting from 1/1/2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience levy, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a local tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and, as of 1/1/2025, is graduated from 0.50 euros to 15 euros per day and room.
