The hotel offers 204 rooms, spread across a main building and bungalows, an inviting lobby with 24-hour reception, a souvenir shop, a mini-market, the main restaurant with an outdoor terrace "Mediterraneo," as well as the Italian à la carte restaurant "Almyra," the traditional Cretan à la carte restaurant "Mouries" featuring regional dishes, the à la carte restaurant "Mezze" with Levantine cuisine, and the main bar "Melissi." In the beautifully landscaped garden area, there are 2 freshwater swimming pools (one of which is heated in the shoulder months), a "Beach Shack" beach bar, a sweet corner "The Crush," and the traditional Cretan coffee shop "Kafenio." The main restaurant "Mediterraneo," with indoor and outdoor seating, offers Mediterranean buffets for breakfast and dinner. With ingredients from the hotel's surroundings and a focus on Greek recipes, each dish reflects regional diversity.
Breakfast from 7:30 am–10:00 am. Late breakfast from 10:00 am–11:00 am with selected dishes.
With half board, dinner is also included from 6:30 pm–9:30 pm.
Drinks are not included with dinner.
Additionally, for certain room types, a Cretan breakfast is optionally available in the "Mouries" restaurant from 8:00 am–11:00 am. Lunch is also available in the à la carte restaurants (for an extra charge).
Vegetarian dishes and menus for special dietary needs are available upon request.

Effortless All Inclusive

Breakfast (7:30 am–11:00 am) and dinner (6:30 pm–9:30 pm) are offered in buffet style in the main restaurant "Mediterraneo."
Alternatively, guests can have breakfast in the Cretan à la carte restaurant "Mouries" (8:00 am–11:00 am).
For lunch, light snacks are available from 12:00 pm–5:00 pm at "The Beach Shack," as well as a selection of à la carte dishes at "Almyra" from 12:30 pm–4:00 pm and at the "Mezze" restaurant from 12:30 pm–4:30 pm.
Drinks such as water, soft drinks, juices, Greek beer, and a selection of wines are served with meals.
Dinner is also available by reservation in the à la carte restaurants "Mezze" (adults-only, 7:00 pm–10:30 pm, June–September), "Almyra" (6:30 pm–10:30 pm), and "Mouries" (6:30 pm–10:00 pm) (selected drinks and dishes are available only for an extra charge), as well as in "The Beach Shack" (6:30 pm–10:30 pm).
The "Kafenio" offers various coffee specialties and local spirits from 4:00 pm–11:00 pm, and "The Crush" offers treats such as ice cream and waffles, as well as coffee, from 11:30 am–6:00 pm.
A large selection of local and international alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks such as water, soft drinks, beer, wine, coffee, aperitifs, rum, vodka, gin, tequila, whiskey, digestifs, liqueurs, and cocktails are included from 10:15 am–1:00 am at the bars currently open.
Lunch boxes are available for excursions upon request (orders should be placed one day in advance by 8:00 pm).

Note on climate resilience levy

For stays starting from 1.1.2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience levy, which must be paid by the guest locally, comparable to a tourist tax.
