Galeana Beach is located directly on the long sand/pebble beach of Platanes. The town center with numerous shopping and entertainment venues is in the immediate vicinity. Furthermore, Rethymnon is only approx. 5 km away, and a bus stop is just a few meters away.
Heraklion Airport is approx. 75 km away and Chania Airport is approx. 72 km away.

The apartment complex Galeana Beach, popular with many regular guests and situated directly by the sea, offers impressive island-style bungalows decorated in blue and white, creating a relaxed atmosphere surrounded by lovely gardens.
The small apartment complex features 48 studios and apartments and is equipped with a small reception area, satellite TV corner, and a breakfast restaurant. The well-maintained grounds include a freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, a sun terrace with complimentary sun loungers and umbrellas, and a beach bar offering a selection of drinks, ice cream, and snacks (for a fee). Sun loungers and umbrellas at the beach are available for a fee.
Wi-Fi is included in public areas and in the rooms.

Studio

The studios feature a double bed or two single beds, as well as a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, and toiletries. They are also equipped with a refrigerator, coffee machine and kettle, dining table, flat-screen satellite TV, safe (for a fee), air conditioning (for a fee), and a balcony or terrace with a garden view (S12).
Can also be booked for single use (S11).

Destination information

For stays from 01/01/2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax.
