Location

The hotel complex is located in Rethymnon and is separated from the sandy/pebble beach, which has been awarded the "Blue Flag", only by a small coastal road. The town center with numerous restaurants, shopping and entertainment facilities is approx. 2.2 km away. The distance to Heraklion Airport is approx. 75 km and to Chania Airport approx. 65 km.

The Pearl Beach Hotel features a total of 140 rooms, distributed across a main building and several annexes, each with 3 floors, including a 24-hour reception, lobby, TV lounge, internet corner, and elevators. It also offers a main restaurant with a terrace, an à la carte restaurant, a bar, and a jeweler. The outdoor area includes a swimming pool with a sun terrace (open from 10 am to 6 pm), a separate children's pool, and a pool/snack bar. Bath towels are provided free of charge, while sun loungers and parasols are available to guests at the pool for free and on the beach for a fee.
Wi-Fi is included throughout the property.

Double room

The stylishly furnished rooms feature a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, individually adjustable air conditioning/heating (included), telephone, satellite TV, minibar (for a fee, water provided free of charge on the day of arrival), coffee/tea station, safe, and a furnished balcony or terrace (D/DI).
Optionally also bookable as a Super Saver room without coffee/tea station (SSZ), for single use (DE), or with pool view (PD).

Family room

With the same facilities as the double rooms, these are laid out in a maisonette style and feature two bathrooms, a living/sleeping area with two sofa beds, and a separate bedroom (DF2).

Double room side sea view

With otherwise the same facilities as the double rooms, these rooms also feature bathrobes and slippers, as well as a side sea view. Upon arrival, a welcome package with fruit and wine is provided (DMS/DIS).

With otherwise the same facilities and amenities as the double rooms with side sea view, these feature a full sea view (DM).

Half board/Full board

Breakfast (7:30 am – 10:00 am) and dinner (6:30 pm – 9:00 pm) in buffet form. Early bird breakfast from 7:00 am – 7:30 am. A continental late riser breakfast is offered from 10:00 am – 11:00 am. Late dinner from 9:00 pm – 10:00 pm.
With full board, an à la carte lunch is additionally included from 12:00 pm – 3:30 pm at the snack bar.
Appropriate attire is requested for dinner (no swimwear, etc.).

Destination information Climate Resilience Fee

For stays from Jan 1, 2018, the Greek government imposes a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on site, comparable to a visitor's tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is staggered from Jan 1, 2025, from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room.
