Location

The property, which is popular with many regular guests, is located directly on the sandy/pebbly beach in Adelianos Kampos. A supermarket, as well as bars and restaurants, can be found in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. The town of Rethymnon, with its numerous shopping and entertainment venues, is approx. 5 km away; Heraklion airport is approx. 80 km away and Chania airport is approx. 72 km from the hotel.

Hotel Kathrin Beach, consisting of a main building and three annexes, features 102 rooms, a 24-hour reception, TV lounge, hotel safe (for a fee), mini-market, a pool bar, internet corner, and an air-conditioned main restaurant. In the outdoor area, there is a swimming pool with a sun terrace, a separate children's pool, and a pool bar. Sun loungers and parasols are available free of charge at the pool. Parasols and sun loungers are available on the beach for a fee.
Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire complex.

The super saver rooms are renovated, located in the semi-basement and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, flat-screen satellite TV, telephone, radio, air conditioning (included), mini-fridge, balcony or terrace (SSZ).

The renovated rooms feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, flat-screen satellite TV, telephone, radio, air conditioning (included), mini-fridge and balcony (DSU).
Available optionally for single use (DSE), with side sea view (D2S), or as a Triple Superior (D3S).

Double Room Deluxe

With the same facilities as the Double Room Superior, these also feature a sea view (DD2).

These feature the same facilities as the Double Room Superior but are more spacious, have a side sea view, and are also renovated (F2U, 1 room).
Optionally bookable with one separate bedroom (Q2L) or two (F2M).

Note on climate resilience tax

For stays from 1/1/2018, the Greek government will charge a climate resilience tax to be paid by the guest locally, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and will be scaled from 0.50 euros to 15 euros per room per day from 1/1/2025.
For stays in the high season 1/4 - 31/10:
