Location

The Compass Stalis Beach is located directly on the fine sandy beach of Stalis, which has been awarded the Blue Flag.
Numerous shopping and entertainment venues as well as cozy bars and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity and can be easily reached on foot. The charming old town of Malia is approximately 3.3 km away. A bus stop can be reached after just about 200 m.
Heraklion Airport is about 30 km away.

Facilities

The small, modernly designed Hotel Compass Stalis Beach (adults friendly, from 13 years old) has a total of 33 rooms and is equipped with a lobby with a 15-hour reception (8 a.m. - 11 p.m.), the main restaurant "THALIA", and a lobby bar. Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire complex.
In the outdoor area, there is a swimming pool with a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included at the pool and available for a fee at the beach.

Destination information

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience tax, which must be paid by the guest locally, comparable to a tourist tax.
