The well-maintained hotel is in a quiet location, separated from the gently sloping sandy beach only by a quiet coastal road. The centre of Stalis with its cozy restaurants and bars is only approx. 200 m from the hotel. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel and the distance to Heraklion airport is approx. 32 km.

The modern hotel complex includes 208 rooms spread across several buildings. The main building was renovated for summer 2026, and the annex building with the annex rooms (approx. 100 m away from the hotel) was renovated in summer 2023. Facilities include an inviting lobby with 24-hour reception, luggage storage, TV lounge, a buffet main restaurant, as well as the "Ammos" à-la-carte restaurant (for a fee, requires reservation). In addition, there are two bars, a snack bar, and a mini-market available.
The expansive outdoor area features a tropical garden with a pool landscape and sun terrace. Sun loungers and parasols are included at the pool, but are subject to a fee at the beach. For All-Inclusive guests, sun loungers at the beach are also complimentary. Pool towels are provided against a deposit.
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

The family suites feature a combined living and sleeping area, with the areas visually separated by a sliding door or a regular door. The rooms also offer a bathroom with bathtub or shower/WC, hairdryer, individually adjustable air conditioning (included), coffee and tea making facilities, as well as a mini-fridge (stocked with a bottle of water, a bottle of wine, and fruit upon arrival). Bungalow Seafront

With the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, these additionally feature a terrace with sun loungers and are located on the ground floor with views over the pool and the sea (HER577 Code: GF2).

Climate Resilience Fee Note

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government imposes a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on site, comparable to a tourist tax.
