The Creta Palm hotel is located in the small village of Stalos. Taverns, cafes, and shops are located approximately 300 m away. The sandy beach is just about 50 m from the hotel. Chania Airport is approx. 27 km away, and Heraklion Airport is approximately 147 km away. A bus stop is located about 50 m from the hotel.

The family-friendly hotel features a total of 158 apartments and studios, offering a 24-hour reception, elevator, luggage storage, a main restaurant, an à-la-carte restaurant (for a fee), and a lounge cafe-bar. The buildings are connected by a bridge, which also provides access to the beach. Wi-Fi is included throughout the property. The well-maintained outdoor area with gardens features 2 freshwater swimming pools with an integrated children's pool, a sun terrace, and a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included at the pool and available for a fee at the beach. Pool towels can be rented for a fee. Parking at the hotel is included subject to availability.

The spacious studios feature a bathroom with bathtub/shower and WC, hairdryer, toiletries, individually adjustable air conditioning, telephone, rental safe, satellite TV, a kitchenette (dishes, 2 hot plates, refrigerator, coffee/tea making facilities, kettle), and a balcony (S12).
