The expansive hotel complex is located in a very quiet area, directly on the sandy beach. The town of Litochoro with shopping opportunities, restaurants, and taverns is approx. 6 km away. Further entertainment options can be found in Leptokaria, approx. 4 km away, and in Katerini, approx. 20 km away. The airport is approx. 118 km from the hotel.

The 100 rooms are distributed among small bungalow buildings in the well-maintained garden area with many shade-providing trees. The hotel also features a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a mini-market, a restaurant, and a beach bar. In the spacious, park-like garden, there is a swimming pool with a sun terrace and pool bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included at both the pool and the beach; bath towels are available at reception for a deposit. Wi-Fi is free of charge throughout the entire complex.

Double/Bungalow

The modernized rooms are equipped with a double bed or twin beds, shower/WC, hairdryer, individually adjustable air conditioning, refrigerator, rental safe, flat-screen TV, telephone, as well as a furnished terrace and private garden with sun loungers. As an additional convenience, the refrigerator is restocked every second day with 1 bottle of water, 2 soft drinks, and 2 beers (2DB).
Optionally bookable for single use (1DB) or for 3 people (2 adults and 1 child) with an additional sofa bed (190x90 cm) for the 3rd person (3DB).
When booking for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children), the rooms are slightly larger (BA4) and additionally equipped with a bunk bed (190x90 cm).

American breakfast buffet with show cooking from 7-10 a.m. as well as late continental breakfast from 10-10:30 a.m. Various coffee specialties, hot chocolate, and teas, as well as milk, water, and juices are offered at breakfast (self-service).
The lunch buffet is open from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. From 4 p.m. to 5 p.m., a selection of snacks, cookies, and cakes is offered at the snack bar.
For dinner from 7-9 p.m., international and local dishes are served at the varied buffet with show cooking.
At lunch and dinner, water (sparkling/soda and still), soft drinks (Cola, Cola Light or Zero, orange and lemon soda), various juices (concentrated), beer, and house wine (red/white) are available.
A microwave and a spice station are available in the restaurant.
Proper attire is requested for meals.
In addition, drinks at the pool and beach bar are included from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. Self-service from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. at the pool bar (plastic cups) and from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the beach bar (plastic cups).

Destination information - Climate resilience fee

For stays starting from Jan 1, 2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is tiered from Jan 1, 2025, from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room.
