Location

The hotel is located on the outskirts of Paralia and is approx. 100 m from the beach. In the vicinity (approx. 500 m) you will find some restaurants and shops. The airport is approx. 100 km away.

Facilities

The Mediterranean Resort has 68 rooms spread across 3 floors in the main building. The comfortable, modern facilities include a 24-hour reception with a lobby, lift, Wi-Fi (free), indoor pool (unheated), buffet restaurant, and a lobby/pool bar. In the outdoor area, there is a small swimming pool where sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge.

Double Room

The cozy double rooms have a double or twin bed, a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, safe, refrigerator, tiled or parquet flooring, balcony, and are located on the upper floors (D/DI).
Alternatively, can also be booked as Super Saver rooms on the ground floor with a terrace (SSZ).

Single Room

The single rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms but are slightly smaller and located on the upper floor with a balcony (E).

Notice for climate resilience levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, payable by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from 1.1.2025.
For stays in high season 1.4.-31.10.
