Location

The hotel is located on the outskirts of Paralia and is approx. 100 m from the beach. In the vicinity (approx. 500 m) there are some restaurants and shops. The airport is approx. 100 km away.

Facilities

The Mediterranean Resort has 68 rooms spread over 3 floors in the main building. The comfortable, modern facilities include a reception with a lobby, lift, Wi-Fi (free of charge), indoor pool (unheated), buffet restaurant and a lobby/pool bar. In the outdoor area there is a small swimming pool where sun loungers and umbrellas are available to guests free of charge.

Double room

The cozy double rooms have a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, safe, refrigerator, Wi-Fi, tiled or parquet floor, balcony and are located on the upper floors (D/DI).
Alternatively, can also be booked as a super saver room on the ground floor with a terrace (SSZ).

Single room

The single rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms, but are slightly smaller and are located on the upper floor with a balcony (E).

Breakfast (7:30 AM - 10 AM) and dinner (7 PM - 9 PM) are served buffet-style.

Note on climate resilience fee

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from January 1, 2025.
