Location

The Agorastos Luxury Living Hotel is situated in a quiet location, approximately 900 m from the nearest sand/pebble beach. The town of Platamonas is located slightly outside. Thessaloniki Airport is approximately 100 km away.

Facilities

This small hotel, which invites guests to relax, features only 11 rooms, a reception (8 a.m. – 12 a.m.) with a TV lobby, a main restaurant with a terrace (Greek & Mediterranean cuisine), an outdoor pool, and a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers and parasols are available free of charge by the pool and for a fee at the beach. The hotel provides pool towels free of charge. Wi-Fi is included throughout the property.

Deluxe Double Room

The modernly furnished rooms feature a king-size bed, shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, bathrobes, slippers, air conditioning, satellite TV, electric kettle, mini-fridge, terrace, and garden view (DD2).

Superior Double Room

The Superior Double Rooms are more spacious and feature the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms, with bath or shower/WC, located on the upper floor with a balcony and garden view (accessible only via stairs) (DSU).

Executive Double Room Pool Access

Feature the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms with the addition of direct pool access (EX2).
The Executive Double Rooms with pool access are not monitored by a lifeguard. Please take extra care when using this area, especially with children, and behave cautiously.

Family Room

Located on the upper floors (accessible only via stairs), the Family Rooms feature 2 bedrooms, one equipped with a king-size bed and the other with 2 single beds. Additionally, the room offers a separate living area, 2 bathrooms with bath/WC or shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, toiletries, air conditioning, satellite TV, electric kettle, mini-fridge, and a balcony with pool or garden view (DF2).

Breakfast is served à la carte (8-10:30 a.m.) and for dinner (7-10:30 p.m.) a 4-course menu is served.

Climate Resilience Fee

For stays from 01/01/2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room as of 01/01/2025.
