Location

The Varelis Hotel is a small, family-run establishment. It is located about 30 km from Rhodes City and approximately 30 km from the airport. Two of the most beautiful beaches, Stegna and Tsambika, are only about 3 km away, and the village of Archangelos is just a 10-minute drive away.

Facilities

The complex consists of 15 completely renovated rooms and features a reception area with a safe for rent, breakfast room, internet corner (included), and Wi-Fi (included). It also has a freshwater swimming pool (May-September) set in beautiful gardens. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge by the pool, and for a fee on the beach.

Note regarding climate resilience fee

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which is to be paid by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, as of 01.01.2025, ranges from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room.
For stays during high season from April 1st to October 31st:
National category 1-2 stars: 2 Euros
National category 3 stars: 5 Euros
National category 4 stars: 10 Euros
National category 5 stars: 15 Euros
For stays during low season from November 1st to March 31st:
