Location

The hotel is located directly on a sand/shingle beach that has been awarded the Blue Flag, approx. 3 km from the center of Faliraki with its numerous bars and cafes, and approx. 12 km from Rhodes Town with its beautiful old town. There are good public bus connections to Rhodes Town, with a bus stop located on the road in front of the hotel. The distance to the airport is approx. 18 km.

The complex has 522 rooms distributed between a main building and two annexes. It offers a 24-hour reception, elevators, a lounge, luggage storage, a TV corner, three restaurants, five bars, a mini-market/souvenir shop, and an area with electronic games (for a fee). Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the complex. The beautiful garden area features two freshwater pools, a baby pool, a children's pool, water slides, and two pool bars. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included at the pool and beach. Pool towels are available free of charge (can be changed daily).

They also feature a visual separation by a sliding door and a bunk bed for the children, as well as a garden view (DF2).

These are more spacious than the family rooms and additionally feature a separate bedroom, a second bathroom, and a balcony or terrace with a garden view (F2U).

Note on climate resilience tax

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government has introduced a climate resilience tax to be paid by the guest on site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and has been tiered from €0.50 to €15 per day and room as of January 1, 2025.
