Directly on the well-known sandy/pebble beach of Faliraki, approximately 2 km from the center of Faliraki. The airport is about a 30-minute drive away, and Rhodes Town is approximately 14 km away. There is a public bus stop in front of the hotel.

The well-maintained hotel consists of a main building and three annex buildings, with a total of 491 rooms. It features a reception area with a front desk, Wi-Fi (included), a main restaurant, a Greek à la carte restaurant, a Burger House, a bar with a garden terrace, a satellite TV room, a mini-market, a SPA, a conference room, an amphitheater, a hairdresser, and other shops. The garden area includes three large freshwater swimming pools with a separate children's pool, a sun terrace, and a pool bar. There is a beach/snackbar. Sun loungers and umbrellas by the pool and on the beach, as well as beach towels, are included.

The double rooms feature a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (June 1st - September 30th), refrigerator, kettle, coffee/tea making facilities, telephone, digital TV, safe, Wi-Fi, and a balcony or terrace (D).
Also available as a single-occupancy double room (DE, DEA).

Double Room with Partial Sea View

These rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms and offer a partial sea view (DMS/AMS).
Optionally available with direct sea view (DM/DMA).

Family Room

The family rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms, plus a seating area, a bath or shower/WC, and are more spacious (DF2).
Optionally available with sea view (F2M).

All Inclusive

All Inclusive

Breakfast (7-10 am), lunch (12:30-2:30 pm), and dinner (6:30-9:30 pm) served as buffets, with show cooking and occasional theme nights. Hot and cold snacks, as well as ice cream, are available from 10:30 am to 5:30 pm. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are served at the open bar from 10 am to midnight.
Once per stay, dinner at the à la carte restaurant and once at the Burger House are possible with advance reservation.

Climate Resilience Fee Information

For stays from January 1, 2018 onwards, the Greek government has introduced a climate resilience fee, payable locally by guests, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, from January 1, 2025, will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day per room.
For stays during the high season (April 1 - October 31):

Category 3 Stars: 5 Euros
Category 4 Stars: 10 Euros
Category 5 Stars: 15 Euros
For stays during the low season (November 1 - March 31):
