Location

Located directly on the beach of Faliraki, about a 3-minute walk from the town. Numerous tavernas and shops are in the vicinity. Rhodes town is approx. 15 km away, and a bus stop is approx. 50 m away.

Facilities

The comfortable hotel features 3 buildings with 348 rooms and four lifts, as well as a 24-hour reception, lift (main building), TV room, luggage storage area, card game room (air-conditioned), Wi-Fi in all hotel areas included, mini-market, souvenir shop, boutique, and eight restaurants and three bars. Between the hotel and the beach lies the well-maintained garden area with an extensive lawn for sunbathing, as well as three freshwater pools. Bath towels, sun loungers, and umbrellas are available free of charge at the pool and on the beach.

Double room

The rooms feature marble floors, bath/WC, hairdryer, telephone, mini-fridge (incl. daily replenishment with soft drinks), Nespresso machine, 32" satellite TV, safe, Wi-Fi, drying rack, individual air conditioning, and balcony or terrace (D).
Optionally bookable as Super Saver room (SSZ), with side sea view (DMS), and with sea view (DM).

Single room

Double rooms for sole use (DE/DEA). Optionally also bookable with side sea view (EIA).

Double room sharing pool

With the same facilities as the double rooms, these feature a terrace with access to the sharing pool (SH2).
The pool is not monitored by a lifeguard. We ask for prudent behavior and special attention when using this area.
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased potential danger for small children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen applies a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types.

Double room private pool

With the same facilities as the double rooms, these rooms offer a private pool and land view (PPZ).
The pool is not monitored by a lifeguard. We ask for prudent behavior and special attention when using this area.

Quadruple room

With the same facilities as the double rooms, these are more spacious and feature an additional bunk bed (4BZ).
Optionally also bookable with sea view (4VM).

Family room

The family rooms are more spacious while maintaining the same facilities as the double rooms. A separate sleeping area can be created by a partition wall in the middle of the room (partially glass) (DF2).

Information on climate resilience fee

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and, as of January 1, 2025, is tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room.
