Location

The hotel is located directly on the beach of Faliraki and is only approx. 2 km from the town center with its numerous entertainment options. The island's capital, Rhodes, located approx. 12 km away, can be reached by local bus; a bus stop is located in the immediate vicinity in front of the hotel.

The resort offers 398 rooms, a 24-hour reception, a lounge, a bar with a beautiful terrace, a satellite TV corner, an internet corner (free of charge), a restaurant, the "Elia" à la carte restaurant (included once per stay for stays of 7 days or more), a mini-market, and a jeweler. In the well-maintained garden area, there are four freshwater pools, a children's pool with a slide tower, and a baby pool with sun loungers and parasols (included), as well as a pizzeria, a Greek restaurant (Meat the Greek), and a creperie. Bath towels are included. Sun loungers and parasols are available free of charge on the beach.

The rooms feature a modern design and are equipped with a double bed or two single beds, centrally controlled air conditioning, bathroom or shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, telephone, safe, mini-fridge, Wi-Fi, coffee and tea set, Nespresso machine, bathrobes and slippers, as well as a balcony or terrace (DSU).

Deluxe Double Room Sea View

With the same facilities as the Superior Double rooms, these are more modern and comfortable and feature a bathtub and a sea view (DDM).

Executive Double Room

The luxurious Executive rooms feature a modern bathroom with a bathtub or shower/WC, high-quality bath and wellness products, bathrobes and slippers, hairdryer, satellite TV, telephone, safe, Wi-Fi, mini-fridge (filled with a bottle of water and juice upon arrival), Nespresso machine, and coffee/tea station. The rooms include a king-size bed, a sofa bed, as well as a large balcony and mountain view (EXD).

Deluxe Family Suite

With the same facilities as the Deluxe Double rooms, these feature a bathtub and a separate bedroom (LY2).

Executive Suite Swim-up Sharing Pool

These luxurious suites feature an elegant bedroom and a modern living area. They are equipped with a modern bathroom with a bathtub or shower/WC, high-quality bath and wellness products, bathrobes and slippers, hairdryer, satellite TV, telephone, safe, Wi-Fi, mini-fridge (filled with a bottle of water and juice upon arrival), Nespresso machine, and coffee/tea station. The rooms feature a king-size bed, a sofa bed, and a terrace with direct access to a sharing pool (ESG).
The pool is not monitored by a lifeguard. We ask for prudent behavior and special attention when using this area.
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for small children.
For this reason, schauinsland-reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types for safety reasons.

Destination information Climate Resilience Fee

For stays starting from January 1, 2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is staggered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room as of January 1, 2025.
