This modern adults-only hotel is a Schauinsland-Reisen original, bookable for guests aged 16 and over, and features 63 accommodation units spread over two floors, with a reception, lobby, Wi-Fi throughout the complex (included), and a bar. In the Terra Med Restaurant with an adjoining outdoor terrace, guests have the opportunity to experience special culinary delights. In the well-maintained outdoor area, the swimming pool and sun terrace with loungers, Bali beds, and seating/lying cushions invite you to relax. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool, at the beach for a fee. Bath towels are available for a deposit.

Equipped like the Deluxe Double Rooms, these stylish rooms are more spacious and feature an open-plan bathroom or an open shower/WC, bathrobes, and a coffee/tea station (JS2/JS3).

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which is to be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, from 01.01.2025, will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room.
