The Gennadi Grand Resort is located in a quiet area, directly on the pebble beach, amidst an idyllic landscape overlooking the Bay of Gennadi. Shops and entertainment facilities are in the vicinity (approx. 7 km away). The airport is approx. 67 km away.

For culinary variety, there is the main restaurant "Filoxenia", an exclusive breakfast restaurant "Level 2" (for a fee, included when booking room categories Suite S2 or higher), the fine dining restaurant "Edesma" (for a fee), Premium Gin Bar "Grevin Bar- Gin Club" (for a fee), the à la carte restaurant "Ten2One" with Mediterranean cuisine, the grill restaurant "στK" and a traditional Greek restaurant "Οuζo". Furthermore, the facilities include a Spa & Health Club, minimarket, souvenir shop, and a hairdresser. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex. The well-maintained outdoor area features 3 swimming pools, a separate children's pool, sun terraces, the pool restaurant "Blε", 2 pool/snack bars "O Bar" and "Wet", and a beach deli "Aλati" (weather permitting). Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included by the pool and on the beach. Parking spaces at the hotel are free of charge (subject to availability).

Meals

Breakfast/Half Board/All Inclusive Plus

Breakfast and dinner served as a buffet.
Guests booking suites or higher categories (S2/SI, S2M, SP2, IP2, 2G2, 2ZM, 2OP, 22O) can choose to have breakfast in the Level 2 restaurant (twice a week).
When booking half board, guests can opt to swap dinner for lunch.
Vegetarian or gluten-free meals can be prepared. Please notify reception.
The exclusive à la carte breakfast at the "Level 2" restaurant is included for guests of suites and 2-bedroom suites for two visits with a minimum stay of 7 nights.
Guests of other room categories have the option to enjoy breakfast at Level 2 for an additional charge and subject to availability.
Appropriate attire is requested for dinner. For an additional charge, dinner can be enjoyed in the gourmet restaurant, grill restaurant, tavern, or other à la carte restaurants. Reservation required 1 day in advance.

All Inclusive Plus

Buffet breakfast (7-10:30 am) and late riser breakfast (10:30-11 am). Lunch at the main restaurant from 12:30-2:30 pm. Dinner from 7-9:30 pm with live cooking (once a week) served buffet style.
Alternatively, dinner can be enjoyed once a week in one of the à la carte restaurants (Ten2One, Grill Restaurant, and Greek Restaurant) (minimum 7-night stay/reservation required 1 day in advance).
For lunch, guests can dine in 3 different restaurants as an alternative to the main restaurant (12-4 pm, reservation sometimes required).
Additionally, snacks are available from 12-6 pm.
The minibar is stocked with various drinks upon arrival for All Inclusive guests.
A selection of international alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are available at the respective open bar from 11 am to midnight. Drinks served in the restaurants include various wines, beers, soft drinks, juices, mineral water (still and sparkling), and additional international spirits are available at the bars (excluding champagne, cognac, and special whiskeys).
Free admission to the Kozeen Spa. With a reservation, the indoor pool, sauna, and steam bath can be used.
All Inclusive Plus starts at 12 pm on the day of arrival and is valid until the guest's departure from the hotel. Any consumption at outlets open after midnight will incur an additional charge.

Climate Resilience Levy Information

For stays from 01/01/2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, payable by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, from 01/01/2025, ranges from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day per room.
