Breakfast/Half Board/All Inclusive Plus

Breakfast and dinner in buffet style.
When booking suites or higher categories (S2/SI, S2M, SP2, IP2, 2G2, 2ZM, 2OP, 22O), guests can optionally have breakfast in the Level 2 restaurant (twice weekly).
When booking half board, guests can optionally exchange dinner for lunch.
Vegetarian or gluten-free meals can be prepared. Please notify the reception.
Exclusive à-la-carte breakfast in the "Level 2" restaurant is included for guests in suites and 2-bedroom suites for two visits, provided they stay for a minimum of 7 nights.

Various international alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available at the respective open bar from 10:00-0:00. The drink selection in the restaurants includes various wines, beers, soft drinks, juices, mineral water (carbonated and non-carbonated), and additional international spirits are available at the bars (excluding champagne, cognac, and special whiskey varieties).
Free entry to the Kozeen Spa. With a reservation, the indoor pool, sauna, and steam bath can be used.
All Inclusive Plus begins on the arrival day at 12:00 and is valid until the guest departs from the hotel. Every consumption in outlets that are open after midnight is subject to an additional charge.

In the Olea Kids Club, children aged 4 to 12 experience carefree holiday moments full of creativity, play, and discovery. Inspired by the olive tree – the symbol of growth, connection, and home – the concept draws on the traditional history of the Minnetos family, whose over 100-year-old olive trees now form the heart of the resort. In a lovingly designed "home-away-from-home" atmosphere, little guests can freely develop, explore nature, and make new friends. Olive, the cheerful club character, provides the best entertainment, taking the children on exciting adventures and creating many unforgettable holiday memories.
The diverse program includes creative outdoor activities, small science experiments, imaginative "potion making," and exciting treasure hunts in nature. The Kids Club is open daily in the morning from 10:00 to 13:00 and in the afternoon from 15:30 to 18:30. The program is supplemented by atmospheric evening activities on selected days (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 19:30 to 21:00), where children can, for example, discover the starry sky, take part in small camp experiences, or let off steam in team challenges.

Destination information - Climate Resilience Tax

For stays starting from 1.1.2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience tax, which is to be paid by the guest locally, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is staggered from 1.1.2025 between 0.50 Euro and 15 Euro per day and room.
