The hotel is located in the northwest of Rhodes in the town of Ialysos. The city center, with various tourist attractions and entertainment options, is 4 km away. The airport can be reached after approx. 9 km. A bus stop is 100 m away.

Facilities

The Amus Hotel & Spa features a total of 357 rooms distributed across a main building and several annexes.
Facilities include a reception, a main restaurant, three à la carte restaurants ("Bakaliko", "Varkarola", and "Oliveto"), three bars (the "Rhodian" bar, "Sunset" bar, and pool bar), a café, a hair salon, and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the complex.
The well-maintained outdoor area contains four pools and a children's pool. Additionally, the hotel has a secluded beach section connected to the hotel via an underground passage.

Deluxe Double Room

The rooms are equipped with a bath or shower/WC, bathrobes and slippers, hairdryer, air conditioning, safe, flat-screen satellite TV, telephone, coffee/tea station, and a mini-fridge. They also feature one double bed, one sofa bed, and a balcony with forest view (DD2).
Optionally bookable with sea view (DDM) or for single occupancy (DD1/DM1) for an additional charge.

Premium Deluxe Double Room Sea View

With otherwise the same equipment as the Deluxe Double Rooms, these are slightly larger and additionally feature a seating area, a Nespresso machine, and a sea view (P2M).

Bungalow

With otherwise the same equipment as the Deluxe Double Rooms (no safe available), these are significantly more spacious and feature a walk-in shower as well as a partial terrace or balcony with forest view (BU).

Duplex Suite Sea View

With otherwise the same equipment as the Deluxe Double Rooms, these consist of 2 levels connected by a staircase. They additionally feature a double sofa bed in the living area, a separate WC, an espresso machine, and a terrace with sea view (IX2).

Amus Suite Sea View

With otherwise the same equipment as the Deluxe Double Rooms, these feature a bath/WC with a separate shower, Nespresso machine, minibar (for a fee), beach towel in the room, and a furnished balcony. They are more spacious and located in the annex building (S2M).

Amus Suite Private Pool & Garden

With otherwise the same equipment as the Amus Suite without sea view, but with a private pool and sun loungers in the private garden (X2S).
The pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. We ask for prudent behavior and special attention when using this area.
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased potential danger for small children.
Therefore, for security reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children booking these room types.

Amus Suite Private Pool Sea View

With otherwise the same equipment as the Amus Suite, these feature a more spacious terrace with a private pool and sun loungers (QP2).
The pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. We ask for prudent behavior and special attention when using this area.
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased potential danger for small children.
Therefore, for security reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children booking these room types.

Meals

Breakfast, half board, and Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast buffet (7:00 am – 10:30 am) in the main restaurant "Iliades" or for Amus Suite guests in the à la carte restaurant "Varkarola" (7:00 am – 10:30 am).
Evening buffet in the main restaurant (7:00 pm – 10:00 pm), the tavern "Bakaliko" (7:00 pm – 10:00 pm, 4x a week, reservation required), the à la carte restaurant "Varkarola" (7:00 pm – 10:15 pm, reservation required for BB guests), or in the "Oliveto" (7:00 pm – 10:15 pm, 3x a week, reservation required). Traditional Greek, Mediterranean, and Italian dishes are offered.

The main restaurant "Iliades" offers a breakfast (7:00 am – 10:30 am), lunch (1:00 pm – 3:00 pm), and dinner buffet (7:00 pm – 10:00 pm) with 4 themed evenings per week.
For a minimum stay of 5 nights, one meal per visit is included in the à la carte restaurants as follows: lunch (12:00 pm – 3:00 pm) in "Varkarola" featuring Mediterranean cuisine (reservation required), lunch or dinner (12:30 pm – 3:30 pm, 7:00 pm – 10:15 pm, open 3x a week, reservation required) in "Oliveto" featuring Italian food, and dinner (7:00 pm – 10:00 pm, open 3x a week, reservation required) in the tavern "Bakaliko" featuring traditional Greek dishes. From a minimum stay of 12 nights, 2 meals each are included, and from a minimum stay of 18 nights, 3 meals each are included in the à la carte restaurants.
Cocktails, beer, wine, soft drinks, water, coffee, and tea at the "Rhodian Bar" (10:00 am – 1:00 am) and the pool bar (10:00 am – 6:00 pm) are included, as well as cakes, pastries, sandwiches, and ice cream.
UAI guests receive 30% off à la carte menus, the bar menu, and the lobster dinner.
Appropriate attire is requested (smart casual).

Climate Resilience Fee

For stays starting from January 1, 2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on site, similar to a local tax.
