Location

This luxury hotel is situated on the idyllic east coast of Kalathos Beach. The small village of Kalathos, with its various shops and restaurants, is only 700 m away. The popular excursion destination of Lindos, with its historic acropolis and exciting nightlife, is just approx. 6 km away. The kilometer-long, fine pebble beach, which has been awarded the Blue Flag, is approx. 250 m from the main building and approx. 100 m from the villas. The nearest bus stop is approx. 400 m away.

Facilities

The breathtaking "Atrium" courtyard, which impresses with an attractive water garden with lakes and waterfalls as well as a glass panoramic elevator, gave the hotel its name. The hotel features 320 rooms (including 19 villas), a spacious lobby with a 24-hour reception, the main bar "II Cavaliere", a beach bar, the main restaurant "Symposium", four à la carte restaurants (Asian fusion restaurant "Zen", Mediterranean restaurant "Mesogeos", Greek gourmet restaurant "Asterias", Italian restaurant "Il Gusto"), a mini market, jeweler, hair salon, and ATM. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel complex. With its waterfalls, bridges, ponds, and palm trees, the large pool complex—featuring six fresh-water outdoor pools, the "Amphibia" pool bar, the "Kalathos" beach bar (11 a.m.–6 p.m.), and complimentary sun loungers, parasols, and pool towels—creates an exotic, tropical atmosphere. Sun loungers and parasols are also available free of charge at the beach. With the Atrium Concierge App, guests can enjoy effortless luxury and order food and drinks directly to their loungers at the beach or pool (for further details, see Hotel Service).

Double Room

The spacious double rooms feature a bath/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, safe, telephone, satellite TV with music channel, minibar (for a fee), coffee/tea-making facilities, Nespresso machine (4 capsules/day included), and a balcony or terrace (D). Upon arrival, guests receive a welcome gift (fruit basket, water, and local wine).
Optionally bookable for an extra charge with side sea view (DMS/DIS/SMB), direct sea view (DM/DMI), on the ground floor on the pool side (E2G), or for single occupancy (DE/DES).

Double Room Private Pool

Equipped the same as the double rooms but additionally featuring a private pool and garden view (ZP2).
The pool is not monitored by a lifeguard. We request prudent behavior and special attention when using this area.
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased potential hazard for small children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types.

Junior Suite

Equipped the same as the double rooms, but larger and featuring garden view, a seating area, and a hydromassage bathtub (JS2).
Optionally bookable for an extra charge with sea view (J2M).

Equipped the same as the double rooms, consisting of a combined living/sleeping area and a separate bedroom with side sea view (FSS).

Half Board

Breakfast (7–11 a.m.) and dinner (7–9:30 p.m.) in buffet style in the main restaurant. For dinner, there is also a selection of various à la carte dishes.
Alternatively, lunch can be taken from 12:30 p.m.–3 p.m. instead of dinner.
Appropriate attire is requested for dinner.

Lunch optionally at the Greek gourmet restaurant "Asterias" (12 p.m.–11 p.m.), at the Mediterranean à la carte restaurant "Mesogeos" (12 p.m.–5 p.m.), or at the Italian à la carte restaurant "Il Gusto" (12 p.m.–11 p.m.) (reservation at least 1 day in advance required).
Dinner optionally at the Greek gourmet restaurant "Asterias" (12 p.m.–11 p.m.), at the Asian gourmet restaurant "Zen" (7 p.m.–11:30 p.m.), or at the Italian à la carte restaurant "Il Gusto" (12 p.m.–11 p.m.) (reservation at least 1 day in advance required).
Local and international alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks (soft drinks, water, beer, selected local wines) are included from 10 a.m.–1 a.m. at the respective open bars.
The minibar in the room is also included (daily refill), and guests receive free entry to the spa area.

Climate resilience levy note

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, payable by the guest on site, comparable to a tourist tax.
