Location

The hotel is located in the Kalithea resort area, in a quiet setting surrounded by countryside. The sand and pebble beach is approximately 150 m from the hotel and is accessible via a steep footpath. The bay of Kalithea can be reached after approximately 500 m. The distance to Rhodes city center is approximately 5 km. Rhodes International Airport is approximately 20 km away.

Facilities

The well-maintained family hotel consists of a main building and several two-story outbuildings with a total of 286 rooms. It features a lobby with a 24-hour reception, luggage storage, TV lounge, elevators, main restaurant, four themed restaurants (two à la carte), lobby bar, and a mini-market. The hotel's manicured grounds include a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas, a pool bar, a total of three swimming pools (one with a waterslide), a separate children's pool, and a playground. Loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool and available for a fee at the beach. Pool and beach towels are available for a deposit.

Double Room

The spacious rooms are located in the main building or an outbuilding and feature a walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, individually adjustable air conditioning (included from June 1st to September 30th), safe (included), telephone, 32" flatscreen satellite TV, Wi-Fi (included), mini-fridge, coffee/tea station, and a balcony or terrace (D). A bottle of water is provided upon arrival.
Also available for single use (DE) or at an additional charge with pool view (PD).

Double Room Comfort

These rooms have the same amenities as the Double Rooms, are slightly larger, and are located in the two-story bungalow buildings (2CD).

Double Room Superior

These rooms have the same amenities as the Double Rooms but are more modern and can be located in either the main building or the two-story bungalow buildings (DSU). Optionally available at an additional charge with sea view (DMU).

Double Room Deluxe

These rooms are slightly larger and more modern than the Double Rooms, with the same amenities, and feature a 40" flatscreen satellite TV (DD2).

Family Room

These rooms have the same amenities as the Double Rooms but feature a bathtub instead of a shower. They consist of two rooms separated by a sliding door, making them larger, and are located in the outbuildings near the pool (DF2).

Family Room Superior 2 Rooms

These rooms consist of a combined living/sleeping area and a separate bedroom, with the same amenities as the Family Rooms (DFS - not 2 bedrooms!).

Family Room 2 Bedrooms

These rooms have the same amenities as the Family Rooms Superior, with two separate bedrooms, a living/sleeping area with a sofa bed, are slightly more spacious, and are located in the two-story bungalow buildings (2FZ).

Suite Superior Whirlpool

These luxurious and spacious suites are located in the two-story bungalow buildings and, in addition to the same amenities as the Double Rooms, include bathrobes, slippers, two 32" flatscreen TVs, and consist of a spacious living/sleeping area with a separate bedroom. They offer a whirlpool and private loungers on the terrace (S2J).
"The Suite Superior Whirlpool is not supervised by a lifeguard. Therefore, using this area requires special attention to children and careful behavior."

Suite Superior Private Pool

Breakfast (7-10:30 AM) and dinner (6:30 PM-9 PM) are served buffet-style at the "Dionysos" main restaurant, featuring themed cuisine (Greek, Italian, Asian) three times a week. Lunch is served buffet-style from 12 PM to 3 PM at the "Fresca All Day" restaurant. A late riser breakfast is available from 10 AM to 10:30 AM.
Alternatively, dinner can be enjoyed once per stay at one of the four à la carte restaurants (reservations required; additional visits are subject to a fee).
Warm snacks are offered at "Fresca All-Day" from 11 AM to 5 PM. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are available from 12 PM to 11 PM at the open bar.

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government has introduced a climate resilience levy, payable by guests locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day per room starting from January 1, 2025.
For stays during high season (April 1 - October 31):

3 stars: 5 Euros
