Located on the long sandy/pebble beach of Kiotari. Kiotari and the town of Lindos, 10 km away, offer historical sights such as the famous Acropolis, in addition to shopping and entertainment options. The airport is 55 km away.

The hotel, located by the sea and modernly equipped, offers its guests 527 rooms spread across several buildings in the extensive hotel complex. Facilities include a reception with a lobby, a lounge bar, Wi-Fi throughout the complex (included), and shops. For culinary variety, there is the main restaurant "Belvedere", the themed restaurant "Al Fresco" (Italian), the themed restaurant "Meze-Meze" with Greek specialties, the Asian themed restaurant "Wok", the Mexican themed restaurant "Tapas", and a grill restaurant. Furthermore, the hotel complex offers a snack restaurant on the beach, the beach restaurant "Ammos Fish Restaurant", a crêperie, and the ice cream parlor "Gelateria". The spacious garden area features four exceptional swimming pools, one of which has six water slides, several sun terraces, and a pool/snack bar (Souvlakeri, Burger House) at the activity pool, a pool bar at the main pool, and a pool bar near the beach. In the suite area, there is another pool bar, "Breeze Bar". Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool and on the beach; beach towels are available for a deposit.

The modern and comfortably furnished rooms feature air conditioning, slippers, coffee and tea making facilities, telephone, Smart TV, refrigerator, safe, Wi-Fi, hairdryer, bath or shower/WC, and a balcony or terrace (DSU/DSB). Also available as a budget room (2US), with sea view (DMU/DIM/UMB/MSA), or with a terrace and access to a sharing pool (P2H).

Double Room Superior Seafront

Bookable as a schauinsland-reisen Original, these Double Rooms Superior Seafront have the same amenities as the Double Rooms Superior and are located in the first row to the beach with a sea view (RF2).

Double Room Superior Private Pool

These rooms have the same amenities as the Double Rooms Superior, with a terrace and a private pool (U2P/PPZ). Also available for single use (U1P) or in the first row to the beach (2OO).

With the same amenities as the Double Rooms, the Family Rooms consist of one large room which can be divided into two rooms by an open sliding door (DF2). Also available with sea view (F2M).

Family Room Beachfront Private Pool

Bookable as a schauinsland-reisen Original, these Family Rooms are located in the first row to the beach and feature a terrace with a private pool and sea view (FI2).

Junior Suite

Junior Suites are ideal for couples and consist of a spacious living/sleeping area, which can be divided by an open sliding door. They feature air conditioning, bathrobes, slippers, coffee/tea making facilities, telephone, Smart TV, refrigerator, safe, Wi-Fi, hairdryer, bath or shower/WC, and a balcony or terrace (JS2/JSI). Also available with sea view (J2M).

Early bird breakfast (5-7 AM), breakfast (7-11 AM), late riser breakfast (10:30-11 AM), lunch (12:30-2:30 PM), and dinner (6:30-9:30 PM) are served buffet-style. Dinner can be enjoyed in one of the à la carte restaurants (Italian, Greek, Mexican, and Asian) up to 3 times per week (when booking at least 7 days) (reservations required).
The crêperie offers fluffy crepes with fresh ingredients from 5 PM to midnight by the main pool. From 12 PM to 5 PM, guests can enjoy Greek street food and pasta dishes at the pool/snack bar at the activity pool.
A wide selection of national and international alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (reputable brands) are available at the open bar from 10 AM to midnight. From 1 AM to 10 AM, beverages are at a charge.
Use of the "Dine-Around" program:
The program allows guests to visit up to 3 different themed restaurants of their choice per week during their stay at no extra charge, in exchange for their dinner at the main Belvedere restaurant. Advance reservation is required. Only valid for stays of at least 7 nights. For stays of 6 nights, guests will receive one dinner of their choice at no extra charge. Dress code: Casual and elegant.
