The Mayia Exclusive Resort & Spa, a member of the "HHotels Collection", is located in Kiotari. The hotel is situated approximately 50 m from the sandy/pebble beach, accessible via a side road. Shopping and entertainment options are located in the immediate vicinity. The distance to the airport is approximately 60 km.

Built in the summer of 2018, this adults-only hotel (minimum age 16) features 250 rooms and offers a 24-hour reception with a lobby, a main restaurant, a patisserie, and three à-la-carte restaurants: "Thymari" (Greek), "Al dente" (Italian), and "Wasabi" (Asian), as well as a "Splash" beach bar, a Street Food Corner, and Comfort Food. There is a "Del Mar" lobby bar, a nightclub "Bo" (open several times a week), and an "Oinos" wine and champagne bar. Wi-Fi is included throughout the property. The outdoor area includes a pool landscape with a sun terrace and pool bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included at the pool and beach.

The modern rooms are located in the main building and are equipped with a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, designer toiletries, pillow menu, bathrobes, slippers, beach bag, Wi-Fi, smart satellite TV with music channels, coffee/tea facilities, Nespresso machine, minibar, telephone, air conditioning, safe, double bed or 2 single beds, bath towels, turndown service, and a furnished balcony (DDM). Suite Private Pool Sea View

The large Mayia Suites are located in the annex building and feature, in addition to the same amenities as the Junior Suites, a combined living/sleeping area with sofa bed, a separate bedroom, and a second bathroom with bath and shower/WC, as well as a private pool (heated/IP2).
Complimentary VIP airport transfer available (on request).

Breakfast (7:00–11:00 AM), lunch (12:30–2:30 PM), and dinner (6:30–9:30 PM) are served in buffet style in the main restaurant. Optionally, dinner can be enjoyed in one of the 3 à-la-carte restaurants (unlimited, subject to availability, reservation required). The Street Food Corner offers a selection of specialties from around the world from 11:00 AM–5:30 PM. Snacks and more are available at the pool from 12:00 PM–5:00 PM. Note on climate resilience fee

For stays starting from Jan 1, 2018, the Greek government imposes a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a local tourist tax.
