The hotel is located just approx. 150 m from the beach, which has been awarded the Blue Flag. There is a shuttle bus to the beach. The nearest town, Lindos, is about 12 km away, and Rhodes Town can be reached after 60 km. The airport is 55 km away. A bus stop with connections to Lindos and Rhodes Town is located in front of the hotel.

The hotel has a total of 412 rooms in the main building and annexes, a reception with a lobby (completely renovated), Wi-Fi throughout the entire hotel area (included), luggage storage, library, lift, shopping arcade with a mini-market, souvenir shop and jeweler, seven restaurants (the main restaurant has been renovated), four bars, a wellness spa center, indoor pool, and in the outdoor area, three freshwater pools (one of which is heated), a sun terrace, and a beach bar. Sun loungers, parasols, and towels are included at the pool and beach. Beach/pool towels are provided free of charge.

Superior Double Room

The modern rooms in the main building and annexes have a wonderful view of the well-kept garden and are equipped with individually adjustable air conditioning, shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe, slippers, telephone, satellite TV, mini-fridge (includes soft drinks, refilled every two days), kettle, espresso machine, drying rack, Wi-Fi, safe, and balcony or terrace (DSU). Can also be booked for single use (DE) or with a sea view for an extra charge (DMU).

Equipped the same as the Superior Double Room, these feature a plunge pool (DPL); also available to book with a sea view (ML2).

Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for young children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children booking these room types.

Family Room

In addition to the same features as the Superior Double Room, the Family Rooms have a separate bedroom with a sliding door and a bathroom/WC (DF2). These are usually distributed around the main pool.
Also available to book with a sea view (F2M).

Ultra All Inclusive

Early breakfast (4:00-6:30 AM), American breakfast buffet (7:00-10:30 AM), lunch (12:30-2:30 PM), and dinner (6:30-9:30 PM) in buffet style; fresh squeezed orange juice, espresso, cappuccino, and Greek coffee at breakfast; Healthy Bar. There is also a vegetarian corner. Themed evenings take place several times a week (Greek, fish night, and Italian). The main restaurant specializes in Greek and international cuisine with show cooking. During meals, you receive local wines and beer, juices, and soft drinks.
Dinner can optionally be taken in one of the à-la-carte restaurants (once per week per restaurant upon prior reservation and subject to availability).
Greek à-la-carte restaurant: Dinner from 6:30-9:30 PM.
Italian à-la-carte restaurant: Brunch from 9:00 AM-12:00 PM and dinner from 6:30-9:30 PM.
Mexican à-la-carte restaurant: Dinner from 6:30-9:30 PM.
Pan-Asian à-la-carte restaurant: Dinner from 6:30-9:30 PM.
In addition, burgers & souvlaki are available during the day (12:00-5:00 PM), and crêpes and ice cream from 10:00 AM-8:00 PM. Snacks and fruits are served daily at the beach bar. Midnight snack from 10:00 PM-4:00 AM in the main restaurant. Drinks such as local wines and beer, long drinks, cocktails, soft drinks, juices, coffee, and tea are available at the respective open bars. Cocktail bar at the pool. Afternoon tea time from 5:00-7:00 PM. During dinner in the main restaurant, gentlemen are requested to wear long trousers.

2 separate children's pools, miniclub with supervision from 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, playground, baby cots (included), and babysitting on request for a fee. Children's disco and games from 9:00-9:30 PM. Internet and gaming corner for a fee. Baby monitors and strollers available on request. Baby cots and high chairs in the restaurant provided free of charge upon request (subject to availability).

For stays starting from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax.
