The newly designed boutique hotel with a minimalist style offers 92 rooms spread over 2 floors, providing the perfect relaxation for those seeking peace in the middle of its beautiful garden, just a few meters from Kiotari Beach. Equipped with a 24-hour reception, a main restaurant with an outdoor terrace, an "All-Day" pool/snack bar that opens at 10 am, a freshwater pool and whirlpool, as well as complimentary sun umbrellas and loungers (at the beach for a fee), the hotel offers its guests the highest level of comfort. Pool and beach towels are provided free of charge. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel complex.

With the same equipment as the Superior double rooms, these feature a Nespresso machine and direct access to a shared pool and sun lounger (P2H).

Located on the ground floor with identical basic equipment to the Superior double rooms, these additionally feature a Nespresso machine and a furnished terrace with private pool, sun loungers, and garden view (U2P).

These suites are ideally designed for families, styled in a maisonette layout, and feature a living room with sofa on the ground floor and an additional separate bedroom on the upper floor, a Nespresso machine, a private pool on the terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as a garden view (2PS).

Information regarding climate resilience tax

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience tax, which must be paid by the guest on site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and has been tiered from 0.50 euros to 15 euros per day and room as of January 1, 2025.
For stays in the high season April 1 - October 31:
