Situated in a quiet area and is 150 m from the sand/shingle beach. The centre of Kolymbia, with its shops, cafes, and tavernas, is only a few minutes' walk away. A bus stop is only 1 minute's walk from the hotel entrance.

The warmly managed complex with 116 rooms consists of a main building and 3 annex buildings, a reception area with 24-hour reception and lobby, two restaurants and a bar with a lounge area and TV corner, mini-market as well as an internet corner and Wi-Fi. In the outdoor area, there are two swimming pools for adults and a separate children's pool, sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols included, and a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers and parasols are included at the pool, and available for a fee at the beach. A car park is available at the hotel.

Information regarding climate resilience tax

For stays from 1 January 2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience tax, to be paid by the guest on site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is scaled from 0.50 euros to 15 euros per day and room as of 1 January 2025.
For stays in the high season 1 April–31 October:
