Location

The hotel is located directly on the beautiful, idyllic sand/pebble beach and is ideal for both couples and families. It is approximately 1.5 km to the center of Kolymbia with its famous eucalyptus avenue, shops, and bars. A bus stop is located directly at the hotel entrance. The hotel is approximately 28 km from Rhodes Airport.

Facilities

The complex offers 399 rooms and features a beautiful lobby with a reception, à la carte restaurants (local, Italian, and Asian cuisine), a main restaurant, and various bars. Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire complex. Shopping facilities are also available. The 5 swimming pools are located in the outdoor area, 2 of which can be heated in April/May and October (baby pool and activity pool). Sun loungers, parasols, and pool towels are available at the pool. In addition, there is an aqua park (open during the entire season, weather permitting) with numerous water slides, where both young and old can have fun.

Premium Double Room

The Premium Double Rooms feature a bath/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, mini-fridge, safe, Nespresso machine, air conditioning, and a balcony or terrace with seating (P2G).
Optionally available with partial sea view, balcony, and bathtub or shower (PSM). Also bookable for single use (P1G/PES).

Premium Swim-Up Double Room

With the same amenities as the Premium Double Rooms, the Premium Swim-Up Double Rooms feature a bath/WC with a bathtub and a terrace with access to the sharing pool (RU2).
The pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. We ask for prudent behavior and special attention when using this area.
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for small children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children booking these room types.

Family Room

The Family Rooms are equipped like the double rooms but are more spacious. In addition to the double bed, the rooms have another sleeping area with bunk beds. Optical, partial separation (not floor-to-ceiling, DF2).
Optionally also bookable with sea view (F2M).

Family Swim-up Room

The Family Swim-Up Rooms are more spacious than the double rooms with the same amenities and feature a double bed plus a separate sleeping area with 2 single beds, divided by a wooden sliding door (not floor-to-ceiling). Terrace with access to the sharing pool (FSU).
The pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. We ask for prudent behavior and special attention when using this area.

Premium Family Room

More spacious than the family rooms with the same amenities; the rear sleeping area is separated by a wooden sliding door (not floor-to-ceiling), 1 double bed and 2 single beds, and they feature a balcony. Additionally, the Premium Family Rooms feature a Nespresso machine (PF2).
Optionally also bookable with partial sea view (PFS) or as Swim-Up with terrace to the sharing pool (PF4).

Note on climate resilience fee

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room as of January 1, 2025.
