Location

The hotel is located in a quiet area of Kolymbia. The beach is about a 350m walk away. Taverns and shops are nearby and easily accessible on foot. Rhodes town is approximately 23 km away. Public buses run to Rhodes Town and Faliraki, and a bus stop is located near the hotel. The distance to the airport is about 30 km.

Facilities

The family-friendly complex has a total of 162 rooms and consists of a main building and three annex buildings, surrounded by a well-established garden. Facilities include a reception, lobby, and the main restaurant "Elia" with show cooking and a welcoming outdoor terrace. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. The well-kept garden area features a freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool and water slides, as well as a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool, and available for a fee on the beach.

Renovated Superior Double Room (from Summer 2026)

The Superior Double Rooms are renovated and more modernly furnished, featuring a double bed, bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, safety deposit box (rental), Wi-Fi, refrigerator, air conditioning, and a balcony or terrace (DSU/DSI).
Additional amenities include bathrobes and slippers, a coffee and tea station with daily refills, and a Nespresso machine with 4 capsules daily.
Furthermore, toiletries are provided in the bathroom for our guests.
Also available with the same renovated furnishings as a promotional room (2RP) or for single occupancy (DSE/DAE).

Junior Suite Sharing Pool

With equally modern furnishings, the Junior Suites are more spacious.
All Junior Suites are located on the ground floor and feature a double bed, two single beds, bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, bathrobes and slippers, telephone, satellite TV, safety deposit box (rental), Wi-Fi, refrigerator, coffee/tea maker, Nespresso machine with four capsules daily, air conditioning, and a furnished terrace with sun loungers and an umbrella, plus access to the sharing pool (bookable from 7 years old, J2).

Drinks with meals. Various coffee specialties, tea, local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages such as soft drinks, juices, draft beer, house wine (red, white, rosé), brandy, ouzo, vodka, gin, rum, whisky, various long drinks, and cocktails at the open bar from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which is to be paid by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, from 01.01.2025, is tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room.
