Location

Located directly on the beautiful, secluded sandy/pebble beach awarded the Blue Flag, in the midst of vast, unspoiled nature. The traditional village of Lahania is approx. 5 km away in the interior of the island, and the town of Gennadi is around 12 km away. The tip of the island, Prassonissi, is approx. 18 km away. The hotel, part of the Atrium chain, impresses with its excellent service and offers everything for a relaxing holiday. The airport is approx. 77 km away. The nearest bus stop is in the immediate vicinity.

Facilities

This beautiful upscale hotel complex with 250 rooms features a main building with breathtaking views of the sea. Spread across the expansive grounds are smaller bungalow-style residential buildings and villas. The main building offers a spacious lobby with 24-hour reception, Wi-Fi (included), the "Kalithea" main bar, the "Aegean" main restaurant with an open terrace, a panoramic elevator, various lounge areas, and a shopping arcade with a supermarket, boutique, and jewelry store. Additionally, the hotel offers five à la carte restaurants (Italian "Prestigio", Greek "Lachania", BBQ "Grill Corner", Mediterranean gourmet restaurant "Thalassa", and Asian gourmet restaurant "Asia") and the "Akteon" beach bar. The garden area is dominated by a large swimming pool and a pool bar. Within the complex, there is another quiet pool with an island and a chapel, as well as a separate heated pool. Sun loungers and parasols are included at the pool and beach. With the Atrium Concierge App, guests can enjoy effortless luxury and order food and drinks directly to their loungers on the beach or by the pool (for further details, see hotel service).

Deluxe Double Room

These Mediterranean-style rooms feature a bathroom/WC with a whirlpool, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, bathrobe, slippers, seating area, air conditioning, minibar (for a fee), satellite TV with music channels, Wi-Fi, telephone, safe, tea maker, Nespresso machine (4 capsules/day included), and a balcony or terrace with garden view (DD2).

Deluxe Double Room Private Pool Sea View

Equipped the same as the Deluxe Double Room Sea View, with the addition of a private pool, veranda with sun loungers, and sea view (DDP).
The pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. We ask for cautious behavior and special attention when using this area.
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased potential hazard for small children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types.

Prestige Bungalow Sea View

These rooms offer the same features as the Deluxe Double Rooms but are more spacious, located in the bungalows, and include a terrace (B2A).

Deluxe Junior Suite

These suites have the same features as the Deluxe Double Rooms, but are more spacious with a living area and a separate shower in the bathroom (J2D).

Extensive breakfast buffet from 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM in the "Aegean" main restaurant.

Half Board

Extensive breakfast buffet from 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM and dinner from 7:00 PM – 9:30 PM in the "Aegean" main restaurant. À la carte dishes are also available for dinner. Alternatively, lunch from 12:30 PM – 3:00 PM can be taken instead of dinner.
Appropriate attire is requested for dinner.

Destination information: Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01/01/2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience charge, which the guest must pay locally, similar to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per room per night, effective from 01/01/2025.
