The hotel complex, luxuriously appointed and freshly renovated in winter, features 188 modernly furnished rooms and suites spread across the hotel's four areas: "Ottoman Gardens," "River Passage," "Bohemian Suites," and "Mediterraneo Classic."
Further amenities include an elegant lobby with a 24-hour reception, a spacious lounge, the buffet restaurant "Estia," three à la carte restaurants "Alas Ouzeri" (Greek), "Niku" (Japanese/Peruvian), and "Era Ora Trattoria" (Italian), the "Helios" pool and snack bar, the "Yummy" beach food truck, the "Bliss Pisco Bar," the "Dreams 'n' Creams" gelateria, and a mini-market. The well-maintained outdoor area features a river passage leading into a small lake, as well as an expansive pool landscape with 2 freshwater pools, a separate children's pool, and a relaxation zone with comfortable daybeds. Sun loungers, umbrellas, daybeds, and beach towels are included by the pool and on the beach. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the entire hotel complex.

Accommodation

Double Room Mediterraneo

The renovated rooms are located in the heart of the hotel, in the main "Mediterraneo Classic" section, not far from the pool area and the beach. These stylish double rooms offer modern amenities, a spacious king-size bed, a bathroom with shower/WC, cosmetic mirror and hairdryer, toiletries, bathrobes and slippers, an iron and ironing board, individually adjustable air conditioning, a 55" flatscreen satellite TV & Pad tablet, safe, Wi-Fi, telephone, minibar (refilled daily), Nespresso coffee machine and tea station, and a furnished balcony (D). Also available as a single occupancy room (DE).

Junior Suite River Passage with Whirlpool

The renovated junior suites are located on the upper floor of the "River Passage" and are more spacious than the double rooms while offering the same amenities. The highlight is the generously designed terrace with comfortable sun loungers, umbrellas, an outdoor dining area, and an outdoor whirlpool (JS2/JSI).

Family Room Mediterraneo

The also renovated family rooms "Mediterraneo Classic" are more spacious and, with the same basic amenities as the double rooms, additionally offer 2 single beds in the living area (DF2/1 room).

Suite River Passage with Private Pool

The spacious suites are located on the ground floor of the "River Passage" and, with the same basic amenities as the Junior Suites River Passage, feature a separate bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed, a living room with a dining area, and a generously landscaped garden with a private freshwater pool, sun loungers and umbrellas, daybeds, and an outdoor dining area (SP2/PG2).

Suite Bohemian

The renovated "Bohemian" suites are located in the annex building, are spacious, and feature beautiful mosaic walls. The suites have a spacious king-size bed in the sleeping area, a sofa bed in the living area, a bathroom with shower/WC, cosmetic mirror and hairdryer, toiletries, bathrobes and slippers, an iron and ironing board, individually adjustable air conditioning, 2 x 55" flatscreen satellite TVs & Pad tablet, safe, Wi-Fi, telephone, minibar (refilled daily), Nespresso coffee machine and tea station, and a furnished balcony (2HT/2SB).

With the same basic amenities as the "Bohemian" Suite, the pool suite offers a generously landscaped garden with a private freshwater pool, sun loungers and umbrellas, daybeds, and an outdoor dining area (C2P).

All Inclusive

All Inclusive Plus

Extensive breakfast buffet at the main restaurant "Estia" from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM.
Lunch can be taken either in the main restaurant from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM or à la carte at "Alas Ouzeri" or "Era Ora Trattoria" from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
A wide selection of snacks is available at the Helios Pool Bar from 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM or at the "Yummy Truck" from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Ice cream, crêpes, and other sweet treats are available at "Dreams 'N' Creams" from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
Dinner can be enjoyed either as a buffet from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM or at one of the à la carte restaurants from 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM.
Unlimited use of all à la carte restaurants is included, with prior reservation subject to availability.
Non-alcoholic, alcoholic, and premium beverages are included according to the AI menu from 10:30 AM to 1:00 AM at the respective open bar (alcoholic beverages are available from 11:00 AM onwards).

The "Calli" Spa is an oasis for total relaxation and rejuvenation. It is located near the beach and features 4 treatment rooms and an open-air pavilion where massage sessions are idyllically accompanied by the sound of the sea and breeze. An indoor pool with hydro-jet massage, sauna, Turkish bath, and a jacuzzi for two are also available. Separate facilities for men and women with showers and lockers, bathrobes, slippers, and toiletries offer maximum comfort and privacy.

Note on Climate Resilience Fee
