Location

The family-run complex is located above the beautiful bay of Stegna, with a unique panoramic view of the Aegean Sea and the surrounding mountains. The beach is about 300 m away, Lindos is about 20 km away, and Rhodes Town is about 30 km away. The distance to the airport is approx. 35 km.

Facilities

The complex, built in Aegean architectural style, consists of two buildings with a total of 18 units surrounded by a beautiful and well-kept garden. It has a reception that is staffed from 8 am to 3 pm. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex. The beautifully maintained garden invites you to enjoy the panoramic view of the bay. Sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach are subject to a charge.

Studio

The studios have a combined living and sleeping area, air conditioning, a safe (rental fee), TV, kitchenette with a fridge, shower/WC, hairdryer, and a balcony or terrace with a view of the beautiful garden (S12/S13).
Also available for single use (S11) upon request.

Family Studio

With the same amenities as the studios, the family studios have a living area with a sofa bed (STF).

2 Bedroom Apartment

Same amenities as the studios, but larger and with an additional separate bedroom (A24).

Suite

With the same amenities as the studios, these suites feature an open fireplace in the living area, a dining table with chairs, a fully equipped kitchen with an extractor hood and a washing machine, 2 bedrooms, a stereo system, and a large flat-screen TV with multilingual channels (S2).

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government is levying a climate resilience fee, which is to be paid by the guest on site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from 01.01.2025.
