Location

This family-run complex is located above the beautiful bay of Stegna, offering a unique panoramic view of the Aegean Sea and the surrounding mountains. It is approximately 300 m to the beach, 20 km to Lindos, and 30 km to Rhodes town. The distance to the airport is approximately 35 km.

Facilities

Built in the Aegean architectural style, the complex consists of two buildings with a total of 18 units, surrounded by a beautiful and well-maintained garden. It features a reception area, which is staffed from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM; Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire complex. The beautifully manicured garden invites you to enjoy the panoramic view of the bay. Sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach are available for a fee.

Studio

The studios feature a combined living/sleeping area, air conditioning, a rental safe, TV, kitchenette with refrigerator, shower/WC, hairdryer, and a balcony or terrace with a view of the beautiful garden (S12/S13).
Also available for single occupancy (S11) upon request.

Family Studio

With the same features as the studios, the family studios also include a living room with a sofa bed (STF).

Apartment 2 Bedrooms

Same features as the studios, but larger and additionally equipped with a separate bedroom (A24).

Note on climate resilience fee

For stays starting from January 1, 2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest locally, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room as of January 1, 2025.
For stays during high season (April 1 - October 31):

Arrival by car

From the airport, turn left at the traffic light; after about 200 m, you will reach the next traffic light, where you turn right towards Faliraki.
Follow the signs to Faliraki, pass through Faliraki, and continue towards Lindos until just before the village of Archangelos. There, you will see a sign for STEGNA BEACH; turn left there and follow the road to Stegna beach.
Once you reach the beach in Stegna, turn right and drive along the coast past the Hotel Porto Angeli. Immediately after the hotel, a road leads to the right up a hill. The Bella Vista is signposted after the Porto Angeli, so simply follow the signs.
