Location

The family-friendly holiday resort is located about 1 km from the main road and has a private lawn (approx. 40 x 50 m) on the lake promenade, which can be reached after approx. 300 m. The center of Peschiera is about 4 km away and can be reached via the lake promenade. Numerous leisure parks around Lake Garda are in the immediate vicinity, including "Gardaland" (approx. 1 km), Canevaworld (approx. 4 km), and Parco Natura Viva (approx. 12 km). Verona Airport is approx. 25 km away.

Facilities

The family-friendly holiday resort has 120 apartments renovated in 2017, which are spread over several two-story buildings. Facilities include a reception (open daily from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.), a bar, a restaurant/pizzeria, and a mini-market. The heart of the resort is the spacious lagoon pool complex.

Accommodation

3-room apartment 1st floor

The 3-room apartments (A12), renovated in 2017 and modernly furnished, are located on the 1st floor, are approx. 35 m² in size, and offer space for up to 6 people. They feature a bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with two single beds, and a living/sleeping room with a double pull-out couch. Amenities include a shower/WC, air conditioning, satellite TV, safe, refrigerator, and a kitchenette with a gas stove. A furnished balcony or terrace invites you to relax. Bed linen, towels, and a toilet kit are included upon arrival.

3-room apartment ground floor

With the same facilities as the standard apartments, these units are located on the ground floor and feature a terrace with high-quality garden furniture. The beds are made upon arrival. Towels, pool towels, toilet kit, hairdryer, and a cleaning kit for the kitchen are included. Wi-Fi access in common areas is also included. (A13)

Sports included

The spacious lagoon pool complex (max. depth approx. 1 m) is open seasonally from about Easter to the end of October and is equipped with sun loungers and parasols. Furthermore, a fitness trail, a football field, and a beach volleyball court are available on the resort's lake meadow.

Bicycle rental in the town, several golf courses nearby.

Children's program

For our younger guests, the spacious pool area offers a shallow section for safe splashing. Several playgrounds within the resort also ensure varied entertainment.
High chairs are available upon request for a fee (approx. 3 € per day). Baby cots can also be provided upon request for approx. 5 € per day. A change of bed linen for the baby cot is possible for a fee (approx. 5 € per change).

Hotel service

For a minimum stay of 7 nights, a towel change and an intermediate cleaning of the apartment are included (takes place between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m.). Kitchen cleaning is excluded from this.
Wi-Fi access in the common areas is included.
A coin-operated washing machine is available for a fee of approx. 5 €.

Deposit approx. 100 € (in cash).
Final cleaning: The cleaning is carried out by the guest themselves. In case of complaints, 30 € per unit and stay will be deducted from the deposit. For departures outside of office hours (before 8 a.m. or after 9 p.m.), final cleaning is mandatory. The kitchen must be left clean and the trash disposed of.
A tourist tax of approx. 2.50 € per person per day is due (payable on site).
Pets are not allowed.
Barbecuing is not permitted in the resort.
