Location

Quiet location directly on the southwestern shore with a magnificent view of the Sirmione and Desenzano peninsula. Approx. 1800 m to the center, 3 km to Desenzano, shops approx. 2-4 km, restaurants and bars approx. 200 m. Within a 5 to 10 km radius are the golf courses: Arzaga, Gardagolf, Chervò, Paradiso.

The complex has 80 modernly furnished apartments with a reception, Wi-Fi (incl.), barbecue area with tables and benches. Furthermore, the well-maintained outdoor area features a swimming pool (approx. 18 x 9 m) with a separate children's pool, a sunbathing lawn directly by the lake, sun loungers, mattresses (for a fee, reservable, approx. €10/week) and umbrellas. Direct access to the public beach (approx. May-mid September) and a drinks vending machine. Bread service on site (for a fee).

New and modern apartments, on the ground floor, facing the lake, with lake view. All apartments have a kitchenette (electric stove, refrigerator), dining area, Braun electric filter coffee machine, safe, satellite TV, heating/air conditioning, bathroom with shower/WC, bidet, hairdryer, covered terrace and private garden with garden furniture, two loungers and a clothes rack. Microwave and kettle available on request.
2F/3F/4F Two-room apartment for 2-4 people, for a maximum of 4 people, approx. 35 m², living/bedroom with double sofa bed and 1 double room.
1 baby cot: approx. €19/week, on request, reservation required. The maximum number of persons must not be exceeded.

2 Room Apartment Classic Code(A15)

These apartments have the same amenities as the other apartments but do not have a lake view. They can also be booked for 3 people under code A16.
