Location

The complex is situated in a quiet location amidst a picturesque hilly landscape, surrounded by vineyards. The beach and the center of Peschiera are approximately 2 km away. Several golf courses are located in the immediate vicinity, offering ideal conditions for a varied stay.

The historic villa from the 15th century has been renovated with great attention to detail and features a total of 54 rooms. Amenities include a 24-hour reception, a lounge with bar service, an exquisite restaurant with a terrace, and complimentary Wi-Fi in rooms and public areas. An elevator is also available. In the well-kept garden area, there is a swimming pool, a lawn for sunbathing, as well as sun loungers and parasols.

The elegant, renovated Classic double rooms (D) are approx. 15 m² and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, seating area, telephone, satellite TV, safe, minibar, air conditioning, and complimentary Wi-Fi. A kettle for preparing tea and coffee is also provided. A tea set and a bottle of water are included upon arrival. Can also be booked for single use (DE).

Deluxe Double Room

The elegant, renovated Deluxe double rooms (DD2) are approx. 35 m² and can accommodate up to three people. They feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, seating area, telephone, satellite TV, safe, minibar, air conditioning, and complimentary Wi-Fi. A kettle for preparing tea and coffee is also provided. A tea set and a bottle of water are included upon arrival.

Junior Suite

The elegant, renovated Junior suites (JS2) are approx. 40 m² and can accommodate up to four people.
