Villa Canneto offers an ideal location, with the villa's garden bordering directly on the lake. The historic center of Sirmione is located in the immediate vicinity.

The newly built Villa Canneto consists of 8 units spread over 2 floors. It offers a reception and a beautifully landscaped garden with sun loungers and umbrellas overlooking the lake. A restaurant and an outdoor pool can be shared with the opposite Hotel La Paül.

The studios are approximately 24 m² in size and are equipped with a toilet, shower, balcony, hairdryer, satellite TV, in-room safe, refrigerator, free Wi-Fi, coffee machine, kitchenette, microwave, dishwasher, heating, air conditioning, induction hob, double bed, as well as a sofa bed (French bed) and a furnished balcony (available on request, subject to availability and supplement). Additionally, the rooms offer a side view of the lake. The studios can accommodate 2-3 people.
