The beautiful hotel enjoys a quiet location directly on the beach section of the Bay of San Francesco. Restaurants, bars, and shopping facilities are located approx. 50 m away. The center of Forio is about 2000 m away. A bus stop is in the vicinity of the hotel.

The elegant hotel has 200 rooms distributed between the main building and several villa-style annexes. The main building houses the reception, lobby, elevator, lounge, air-conditioned common areas, two restaurants—one of which is the main restaurant with panoramic windows facing the beach—a restaurant, and a panoramic terrace. In the beautiful garden area, there are 6 swimming pools with a pool terrace. 3 pools (open approx. May–October) and 3 pools are located in the Superior room area (open approx. June 1st–September 30th). 2 pools are open from April and are heated (located in the thermal area). Sun loungers and parasols are included. Sun loungers and parasols are available at the beach, possibly for a fee (only if the same space is requested).

If you arrive at Naples airport after 8:40 PM, the transfer to Ischia can no longer be carried out on the same day. In this case, an overnight stay in a hotel in Naples will be provided. Please contact your tour guide upon arrival. Your stay on Ischia will be shortened by one night accordingly. For return flights from Naples before 8:30 AM (Mon–Sat) and 10 AM (Sun/Public holiday), the transfer from Ischia to Naples will take place the day before (transfer included). The overnight stay will be in a hotel in Naples.
