Location

The hotel is located in the Chia nature park, a protected area in the south of Sardinia, and blends harmoniously into its surroundings. The public beaches of Dune di Campana and Monte Cogoni are in the immediate vicinity. You can easily reach the beach via a small shuttle train to Dune di Campana beach, which departs from the village reception every 15 to 30 minutes (depending on the time of year). There is also a shuttle on request to Monte Cogoni beach, which is available upon request at the Conrad and Baia di Chia receptions.

The hotel is designed like a village, with all rooms distributed across various buildings. Amenities include several small reception areas, a lobby, 7 bars, and 1 pool bar. The resort features 10 restaurants (some at an extra charge and requiring a reservation), each with its own identity; guests can discover a variety of culinary experiences that celebrate local flavors and gastronomic sophistication. In the beautiful outdoor area, you will find the swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols that invite you to relax. Parasols and sun loungers are available free of charge, subject to availability. At the beach, guests are provided with one parasol, two sun loungers, and beach towels from the third row onwards. Sun loungers in the first two rows and the cabana can be reserved for a fee, subject to availability.

Accommodation

Classic Double Room

The comfortably furnished rooms are 20 m² in size with a king-size bed and include a shower, WC, hairdryer, TV, air conditioning, safe, minibar (for a fee), and Wi-Fi. The rooms have a French balcony and face the resort. Bookable with a balcony (DBK) or connecting door (BC2) for an additional charge.

Garden Double Room

With the same amenities as the Classic Double Rooms, these rooms are located on the ground floor with a small furnished terrace and garden view. Also bookable with a connecting door (CC2) for an additional charge. Also available for an extra charge as a Classic Room Garden (DGI), approx. 25 m² in size. All rooms share the same amenities; the difference lies in the occupancy options of the rooms.

Pool View Double Room

Featuring the same amenities as the Classic Double Rooms, these are located around the pool near the pool bar and the Mezze restaurant. (DPC)

Superior Double Room

The rooms have the same amenities as the Classic Double Rooms, are approx. 21 m² in size, and include a small garden with a furnished terrace. (DSu)

Garden Family Room

The family rooms are approx. 40 m² in size and offer the same amenities as the Garden Double Rooms. The rooms consist of one room on the ground floor and one room on the upper floor. The room on the upper floor has a window but no balcony. (F2G)
