Location

Set amidst approximately 5 hectares of gardens and surrounded by the nature of Sardinia, this resort welcomes its guests with an idyllic atmosphere. The sandy beaches of Cala d'Ambra (approx. 300 m) and Isuledda (approx. 800 m) are just a few minutes away. The lively center of San Teodoro, with its numerous restaurants, bars, and shops, can be reached in about 1.5 km. The Olbia-Costa Smeralda Airport is approximately 29 km away, and the port of Olbia is about 35 km away.

The San Teodoro is designed in the style of a bungalow village (houses with 1 or 2 floors, like small villas) and features 205 rooms distributed among several small houses in the garden. Guests have access to a 24-hour reception, a small shop with souvenirs and local handicrafts, a bar, and a buffet restaurant with two outdoor verandas. In the beautifully landscaped outdoor area, there is a swimming pool with a sun terrace and lawn. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge, towels are provided for a fee. At the pool bar, you can end the day with a delicious cocktail and enjoy the nature between the vast sea and the high mountains.

Family room Duplex

The approx. 35 m² family rooms Duplex offer a living concept over two levels. The double bed is located on the lower level, while the extra beds are located on the upper level. Amenities include a shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, safe, air conditioning, mini-fridge (refill for a fee upon request), and a veranda. (DF2, 4FA)
