Hotel Club Eloro is located on a bay approximately 35 km south of Syracuse, directly on a long sandy beach. The town of Lido di Noto, with its shops, bars, and restaurants, is about one kilometer away. The airport is approximately 90 km away.

The club has a total of 264 rooms spread across several buildings, a 24-hour reception, lobby bar, beach bar, a main restaurant, and six themed restaurants (some for a fee), as well as Wi-Fi (available for a fee in public areas). The well-maintained grounds feature a swimming pool with a separate children's area (open from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM). Sun loungers and umbrellas at the pool are included. Sun loungers and umbrellas are also available for guests free of charge at the beach (subject to availability).
