The resort is located in a quiet area spanning approx. 60 hectares of lush greenery. The beach is between approx. 250 and 600 m away, depending on the location of the rooms. The hotel also provides a complimentary shuttle service from May 1st to September 30th, between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. The nearest town, Syracuse, is about 10 km away. Catania Airport is 70 km away.

The resort features 410 rooms spread across the main building and several single-storey annexes. Facilities include 2 restaurants, 1 pizzeria (opening depends on weather conditions and is at the hotel's discretion), and free Wi-Fi in public areas. The beautiful grounds feature 2 swimming pools with integrated children's pools (May-October), sun loungers and parasols included (subject to availability), pool towels (deposit required), and a pool bar (opening depends on weather conditions and is at the hotel's discretion). Sun loungers and parasols at the beach (May 1st – Sept 30th) are also free (subject to availability), though there is a fee for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd rows (per room: 2 loungers and 1 parasol, May 1st – Sept 30th, 9 a.m. – 7 p.m.).

Completely renovated, these consist of two separate rooms (living room with satellite TV and bedroom with an additional satellite TV) as well as a bathroom.
Included in the price for Superior rooms:
One parasol and two sun loungers per room, reserved in the 1st and 2nd rows at the beach, or a reserved space on the solarium platforms (guests may choose between these two options). Mini-fridge (drinks included, not replenished); coffee/tea maker; daily change of beach towels (on request); for stays of at least 3 nights: 2 wellness circuit sessions per person/per stay in the wellness center; for stays of less than 3 nights: 1 wellness circuit session per person/per stay in the wellness center; daily exclusive access to the wellness pool (for guests up to 12 years old); welcome set; reserved table at the Aretusa restaurant (reserved table in a separate section of the main restaurant during other periods).

Comfort Double Room

These rooms are completely renovated and located in the main building, central to all hotel facilities; otherwise, amenities are the same as the standard double rooms.

Family Room Comfort

These family rooms are similar in layout to standard rooms and are also fully renovated. They feature two rooms separated by a door: a living room with two single beds and a living area with a sofa bed for the 3rd and 4th person.

Super Saver Room

Features the same amenities as the standard double room, but is limited in availability.
