Location

The resort is situated on approximately 45 hectares of land, 1 km south of the town center with its many restaurants, bars, and shops. The sea with a public beach is about 800 m away. The path leads across a field and through a small pine forest. San Vincenzo is approx. 30 km away, Livorno approx. 40 km, and Pisa approx. 65 km.

The modern holiday resort consists of a 2-story main building and annexes with a total of 156 accommodation units. Further amenities include a reception, restaurant, pizzeria, bar with terrace, lounge, mini-market, and Wi-Fi in public areas (free of charge). The beautiful outdoor area features a swimming pool with a water slide, including loungers and umbrellas.

Apartment 1 Bedroom (Vilette Bilo C)

Same amenities as the studios, but with a separate bedroom and a terrace. (A12)

Apartment 2 Bedrooms (Vilette Triolo D)

Same amenities as the apartments, but with two separate bedrooms and a veranda with a small garden. (A22)

Superior Apartment 1 Bedroom (Villette Bilo and Trilo)

With the same amenities as the apartments, these are slightly more spacious and additionally have a microwave in the kitchenette. (A2U) Also bookable with 2 bedrooms for an extra charge (2AU).
