The hotel is situated in a quiet location within a approx. 30,000 m² park that borders directly on the sea. The beach is approx. 250 m away (accessible via the hotel garden), and the centre of Marina di Bibbona with its restaurants, bars and shops is approx. 100 m away.

The hotel has 130 rooms, a lobby, a lounge with a satellite TV corner, an à la carte restaurant with a covered terrace in the park, a bar, an internet corner/Wi-Fi (included) and a lift. In the beautiful garden area there are 2 swimming pools, one of which is heated and has a separate children's pool, a pool bar with a terrace, as well as sun loungers and parasols (included). There is a beach bar on the beach. At the beach, guests are provided with 2 sun loungers and 1 parasol per room from the 3rd beach row onwards free of charge. 1st and 2nd beach row available for a fee.

The rooms feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, minibar, Wi-Fi (free of charge), air conditioning and a terrace. Can also be booked with a balcony (2CB).

Feature the same facilities as the double rooms, are more spacious and are located in the quietest part of the resort with a view of the pine forest.

Superior Double Room

With the same facilities as the double rooms, these are slightly more spacious and feature a balcony with a panoramic view of the pine forest, some with a partial side sea view.
