Whatever you consider the main features of the city, Dubrovnik's mighty city walls and its polite spirit will quickly transport you back to a time when this was an independent republic that successfully competed with the Venetian Republic. The outpost is your next stop, and your journey will only be interrupted by a refreshing swim in the Elaphiti Islands. You will notice that Korčula* was a Venetian fortress as soon as you notice the many lion statues adorning the facades and gates of the city, which are connected to some of the most outstanding stonework you will see on the Adriatic coast. Day 4: Tuesday - Milna – Split
After a short drive, we reach Split. The Diocletian Roman Emperor spared no expense in building a magnificent residence, importing the finest marble, sphinxes, and columns. The original palace was rebuilt by its new inhabitants in the Middle Ages, but it became even more beautiful and what it is today: the vibrant heart of the city. Narrow streets hide corridors and courtyards, some abandoned and eerie, others lively and bustling with music from bars and cafes or the daily life of the residents; take an optional walking tour of Split* with our experienced guide. In the afternoon, you can take an optional excursion to the mainland, where you will be captivated by the dramatic cliffs surrounding the beautiful settlement of Omiš, located right at the mouth of the Cetina River. Day 5: Wednesday - Split – Trogir – Šibenik
The first stop from Split is Trogir, a small Dalmatian town listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site, located on an island and squeezed between the mainland and the larger island of Čiovo. Apart from the green parks, the entire island is inhabited by spectacular buildings made of stone houses, palaces, churches, monasteries, towers, walls, etc. You will have time to visit the main attraction in Trogir* - St. Lawrence Cathedral, which is probably the finest example of sacral architecture in Croatia. The final destination of the day is Šibenik, where you can take an optional walking tour*. Stroll with your guide through the narrow and confined spaces, steep streets; past the most important monument, the Gothic-Renaissance Cathedral of St. James in the main square. With its beauty, structural features, and style, it is not only the most significant and valuable monument of the city's architectural heritage but also a unique monument of European sacral architecture, a UNESCO World Heritage site since 2001. Day 7: Friday - Zadar – Excursion to Plitvice Lakes
Sailing along the Croatian coast, to surpass the beauty around you may seem like an impossible task. But perhaps there are places on the Croatian mainland that certainly lie parallel to it, such as the Plitvice Lakes.
Located in a dense forest, the Plitvice Lakes are considered one of the most beautiful natural phenomena in the world. Sixteen lakes, connected by 92 waterfalls, cascade through the picturesque surroundings. The Plitvice Lakes were declared a National Park in 1949 and have been on the UNESCO World Natural Heritage List since 1979. As the offered ships are motor vessels, operational noise and vibrations may occur in the cabins. Depending on the cabin's location, these may be amplified. The respective docking points are assembly points. Several ships dock next to or behind each other, so crossing over other ships may be necessary. For logistical reasons, it may not be possible to turn off the generators at night, which may lead to noise and odor disturbances (e.g., from neighboring ships).
