The hotel is located directly on a beautiful bay in the holiday resort area of Mlini. The old towns of Dubrovnik and Cavtat are approximately 9 km away and can be reached by bus or boat. Shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. The airport (DBV) is about 12 km away.

The hotel has 307 rooms, of which 217 are located in the main building, Astarea I, and 90 in the annex, Astarea II. Facilities include a lobby with reception, elevator, Wi-Fi included throughout the property, safe, a lounge area with seating, a restaurant, a piano bar with an outdoor terrace, a pizzeria, and a restaurant and beach bar right by the sea. Double room Astarea I

Double room Astarea II

With the same amenities and location, these double rooms are situated in the annex (DNH/DEA). Sea view is available for an additional charge (DB/DEB).

Family room Astarea 1

These consist of two interconnecting rooms, offering additional sleeping space with the same amenities as the double rooms (DF2).

Double room Superior side sea view Astarea I

With otherwise the same amenities as the Astarea I double rooms, these offer a side sea view (D2S/1DS).
Also available as Superior double room without side sea view (DSU/DS1) or located in the annex (DSN/1DN).

Suite sea view Astarea I

The suite with sea view features a living room with a terrace equipped with tables and chairs, a sea view, and a sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, a separate WC, satellite TV, air conditioning, and a safe (S2M).
